  It's been a month and nothing has changed. Still putting cheese on the nasty side of the egg. Hair still found in food.

  Stop putting the ugly/nasty side of the egg on the cheese and wear some hair nets!!! I find a hair in my food from here at least once a week!!! It's disgusting and seems intentional at this point... I don't even dare to attempt to order from here if the night shift is working. Order will be wrong and staff is rude and unapproachable. Night shift was so bad, they would intentionally turn off the sign and lights in the parking lot and it would only be like 8pm, just to make it look like they were closed.. they also will purposely close the dinning room early, preventing you from going in to receive your mobile orders forcing you to go through the drive thru. If your order is wrong, they will just make you a random burger instead of just looking at the ticket... I made the order correct, you did not follow on the order. I should not have to repeat what my order was if you have the ticket or even being shown the receipt of the order. Which follows up on my next issue, hire some employees who can actually read the menu because they clearly can't read English in the back.

  This is am excellent McDs location with the morning shift drive thru team. But the evening shift is terrible. Way too slow and the location is not busy at all. 9pm. Totally dissatisfied with the drive thru service at night!
