  We took the kids, especially for the experience to walk in, and watch them making donuts. Surprise! we couldn't walk in - only drive through. Very disappointed

  It was cool to see the donuts being made. Something that I have never seen. Gave you more appreciation for the donuts and the people who make them.

  We went there to get two dozens of the original glazed donuts, upon ordering I noticed buy one get one $9.95. Get to the window to pay, the girl says your total is $33.07, as I am getting ready to hand her my card, I state I thought it was buy one get one $9.95, she grabs my card swipe it, then states, you have to ask for the discount to be applied before you pay. 🤬😡 Excuse me, didn't I ask before you grabbed my card, swiped it and hand it back to me with the receipt. Customer's should NOT have to ask for a discount to be applied.

  As a returning customer, I am highly disappointed how they’ve handled my recent dispute and concerns surrounding the matter. While being encouraged to use their app for convenience, it has been the exact opposite! After loading money to the app, the funds went missing! After showing the evidence of the purchase and the app’s balance, the store personnel advised there is nothing they can do and directs you to Corporate. I asked for the number as some of the contact numbers on the app are invalid and was given 1-800-KRISPYKREME by the “manager” to keep me from holding up the line. Laughable. After finding a working number myself and reaching out to Corporate the automated system is a nightmare! When finally getting connected to a live representative, the agents only takes down your contact info and advises someone else will reach out. I’ve called several times and left several emails… no response. It’s been over a month without any feedback or resolution. Went back to the store today and they advised me again that it’s nothing more they can do and the whole “reach out to Corporate” spill. Not even a courtesy of a in store credit. Again I have the receipt and pay log to show the authenticity of my claim. After taking my money, I’m treated like a mere inconvenience and going through a cycle of wasted efforts to be met at dead end. So disappointing!
