  After ringing up my groceries, I realized I forgot an item. I asked the young man at the front of the store to watch my buggy while I went to grab the item. This only took about 65 seconds because the paper towels were in sight. But as I turned around from getting the paper towels, I noticed my buggy was pushed to the side the he was NOT watching it as I requested. I really don’t see the need for employees to stand in the front of the store just watching customers, they should be able to do simple things such as this. But, I take responsibility for forgetting my item; it’s just a nuisance to see people standing that could help and choose not to help. Especially when they watch you the whole time in the store.

  Came around 6:35 am and was instructed by an employee they were closed and open at 7 am. Please update hours on your online page (They all say 6 am). People got things to do and some rely on what hours are posted. Otherwise, lovely store.

  Closes at 12am if you need to do late night grocery shopping after 11pm stop by it’s a little farther from the food lions in Greensboro near west gate city blvd and west market but they are usually restocked on items and food.

  The staff is always nice and helpful. I had a major issue with how my daughter was treated. The manager and store manager were very understanding and handled the problem quickly. It is comfortable shopping experience. Not long lines.

  I have no issue with stores following alcohol purchase policies. My issue is with how I was treated during this transaction. I was with my young adult son when I attempted to purchase wine. Although I presented valid identification showing that I am 44 years old, staff still acted as if it was unbelievable that I could be his mother. One employee even asked me directly, “Is that really your son?” That question was inappropriate and unprofessional. To avoid further issues, I had my son go back to the car. Even after that, I still had to switch to another bottle with a different SKU, leave self-checkout, and wait in line three times before I could finally complete the purchase. Following policy is understandable. Making a customer feel judged, inconvenienced, and embarrassed is not. This situation was handled badly from start to finish.
