- VHVonda HollandDec 31, 20251.0I placed an in person order for 75 wings. The order was scheduled for 7 pm next day pickup. When we arrived for pickup we were told the that the drop time was for 7. Like what? Nobody ever ask what time do you want them dropped!!!!! As you can assume we were pissed and will be reaching out to corporate as this is unacceptable. Nobody ask that question, the question is what time will you be picking up? Wingstop Texas was phenomenal and I fell in love with their wings. But, my experience in NC, except charlotte have all been disheartening.

- LSLee SmithDec 7, 20251.0SHUT THE WHOLE LOCATION DOWN ASAP. I ORDERED UNDER MY NAME LEE, and they gave me a whole different order “G”. When I told the lady the order was wrong and I’m missing my 2 tenders I added on she told me “you ain’t order no tenders”. They finally found my ticket and boom just what I said. After waiting 30 mins for my food they had to remake it. I’m currently still waiting on my food. The whole time I was waiting, they messed up two more people’s order and the manager was touching peoples food got mad when a customer called her out for touching their food. This place is Ran poorly and no accountability or management present. Once I received my food, it was wrong again. So I had to wait longer, spent almost an hour waiting for food. They made several of the same orders with the same name on them back to back. I was looking for Ashton Kutcher to come out cause I just knew I was being punked.
