  I arrived at 11:00pm 02/17/26. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. During that time 3 employees asked me the same question. "Are you ordering or picking up" I answered "ordering". Each person just turned around and went back to what they were doing. Finally, one person out of the 4 employees was able to come to the register. When she got in front of me she asked the same question "are you ordering or picking up". Yet, her answer was different, "we are only taking online orders not in person orders". Are you kidding me?! Absolutely laughable. You'll take an online order but not a paying customer right in front of you? What type of sense does that make? I see other reviews are similar, if you’re operating that way then change your time on google so people aren’t wasting their time driving to your location between 11pm-12pm.

  I placed a pickup order on 02/15/26. They did an awesome job on my order. Food was hot, fresh, and seasoned-well. They need to teach the other locations a thing or two. I will definitely be back.

  Ordered a 6pc combo with corn… through door dash… bag came with ranch busted all inside the bag and there was no corn! Ugh I’m so irritated! This isnt brain surgery put what’s on the ticket IN THE BAG!! Didn’t have sweet tea so the store called and asked what would I like instead I asked for a coke! But ofc I received a Diet Coke! Bruh 2.3 stars makes all the sense in the world now! It was surely earned

  Took forever to get our food. Then had to wait another 30 min to get the rest of our order. Fries were cold and soggy. Tables were nasty. Employees were rude. Several people asked for their money back and walked out. Will never eat here again.

  Ok tbh I didnt really wanna post this review but ive ordered here a couple of times and the staff are very nice and the atmosphere is calm and every time I got I get 2 different flavors 1. My favorite garlic Parmesan wings 2. Tbh any other flavor And I used to go to the wingstop in winston before I had to move so I already had good experiences from different wingstops but when I went here I ordered my usual and the other wings would look good but then when I open my garlic parm . . . That was NOT garlic parm it was basically a regular unseasoned wings and quite literally a speckle of parm and then it did not even taste like garlic parm just a plain wing tbh at first I excused it cause they had just opened so I wasnt too too upset but then 3 months later I ordered again. The same thing happened and AGAIN I excused it cause I thought "ok they probably need to get used to working " cause I understand new job all that well I didnt order anything again until the beginning of Jan and this time I was HUGELY disappointed AGAIN plain. Just. PLAIN wings again and at this point to me theres NO excuse for me to make for them I paid for garlic parmesan not plain wings if I wanted plain I'd get those quite literally ANYWHERE else. So please fix that I love wingstop I do but I cant stand it when my order gets messed up over and over again.
