Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I have 30mins for lunch, I'm less than 5mins away. I was the 2nd person in line. I only wanted a burger. I was in the drive thru for 25mins, no exaggeration. I was late getting back to work and the burger was cold and disgusting. Never again. It's not worth my time or the money.

Me an my mom wanted burgers so we wanted to try this place an it was nasty. The burger had no flavor we waited in line 30 minutes for food that was cold an tasted horrible. Don't waste your time going here its pricy slow an not even worth the money.

terrible terrible terrible. if i could leave zero stars i absolutely would because even one star is too much. i dont know what it was about this specific day but the staff was so slow it was insane. sat in the dining room for two. hours. waiting for my order and i never got it. i asked four times if it was almost ready and every single time i just got a "we're working on it" even after i asked for my money back they got defensive and wouldnt even let me have that. i had to leave because i was so tired of waiting. so i ended up walking out now angry, still hungry, and with $20 down the drain. absolute terrible service. would never visit this location again and it's such a shame because i genuinely love the food from whataburger. maybe have your staff go back to training because two hours of waiting is ridiculous.

I waited approx 1 hour for my food - which was 2 chicken sandwiches, an order of large onion rings, and apple sauce.
After receiving my order, I noticed the following issues:
-Medium onion rings instead of large
-missing apple sauce
-no chopped onions, instead I got jalapeños
Food was below average. Not necessarily bad, but not good at all.
This was my first experience at Whataburger. Sad to say I probably won’t be back, either at this location or the one near my home.

Can I just say, all of the staff are just so sweet!? It’s really refreshing. You don’t see it anymore and it doesn’t seem forced at all. Like every time I go there, they’re so kind and respectful and silly. No toxic vibes. Just pure complimentary service. If anyone says they’re rude or disrespectful, I might automatically assume you were being belligerent because there’s no way they’d be like that just right off the bat.
Has my order been messed up before? Yes.
Did they apologize? Yes.
Were they super accommodating, silly, and a jolly good time about it? Yes.
No one is perfect. But gosh darn it are they a vibe!
