  The burger wasn't bad. Seemed like a cross between McDonald's and Burger King in a smash burger. The lettuce was kind of chopped which I found awkward but it was green and fresh so points for that. I wasn't fond of the bacon, which pains my cholesterol laden heart to say as an avid bacon lover. There was some smokey flavor to it like liquid smoke that just didn't hit me right. But don't let that deter you. I could be a bacon snob and don't realize it. The fries were fresh and hot so that was the highlight for me. I am interested in trying the breakfast they serve from 11pm to 11am. Maybe I'll just steer away from the bacon lol. But as far as fast food goes, it's pretty much what you'd expect. I suggest giving it a try for yourself at least once. One person's opinion and taste is not anothers. But my final opinion and taste is just kind of Whateverburger tbh.

  Tonight was my first time, EVER, to any Whataburger location, and after hearing much hype about their burgers, I've come to the conclusion that their burgers are definitely "Whatever Burgers". The region of the US I'm from there are no Whataburger restaurants and all I've had to go off on has been hearsay. Their burgers are dry and heavily depend on the condiments to give them any flavor. Their fries are no better than fries from McDonald's. What they lack in quality, they make up for in quantity. Their patties are definitely large but lack flavor like said earlier. Their standard sized shakes are 32oz, which the largest shake I've seen from anywhere. Their fries are probably from the same McDonald's supplier. All I know is that there has been this huge online debate with Whataburger and how "good" their burgers are and I was sorely disappointed. I was expecting great fries and a burger full of flavor leaving me wanting more to come back again, but no. Whataburger is just a place to grab a bite to eat whenever you want to eat and don't know what else to eat because nothing really sounds good and you just decide on Whataburger. The staff and cleanliness of this particular location were both great. Staff were friendly and attentive and the environment was clean and welcoming.

  I would give this location five stars except everything took really really long. But the staff was super friendly and the food was the best Whataburger I've had yet. Hopefully they will get their wait times down a little bit because this might be the best location in Greensboro!

  They forgot my burger while there was nobody in front of me with 15 employees. I asked for a lemonade and a half lemonade half tea (Arnold palmer) and was given two arnold palmers. I asked for lite ice in one and it’s full of ice. The girl at the window was nice but I’d rather receive everything I paid for.

  awful. slow. rude. we started out in the drive though ordering 2 burgers almost identical, both add cheese and one just had no tomato (my husband is allergic to tomatos). they messed up his by adding tomato and forgetting the cheese. we sat in the drive thru for 20 mins, went inside to get the tomato-free burger and that took another 30 mins. people that ordered their food after us got their meals before we got our re-made burger. if you’re in a hurry don’t eat at this location, staff has no urgency and nobody even smiled. they just moped around. we were going to ask for a refund but we were afraid that would take even longer.
