    only compelled to review since this location seems to rly be getting dragged. it's brand new - like 2 weeks old. do they need a little improvement? sure, but i've been twice, and at the end of the day, satisfied. i've done mobile pick-up and drive-thru, and in both cases, yeah, the food was a little late, but still exactly what i ordered and up the the typical Wendy's standard. chill out folks, they're working it out - this franchise is totally fine imo. will return.

    Newly opened, so far, it's the best Wendy's around! I've been twice. Once, inside, and once, drive thru. Both times employees were super friendly and efficient. Food was served hot n fast. Very impressed with how nice the drive thru employee was today. Nov 20 at noon. When's the last time a window associate asked "how are were doing today?" Keep this simple but unfortunately rare level of customer service and this location will be immensely successful! Thank you!

    Majority of the morning shift crew were very nice and friendly. However the black lady with the slick bun who I think was a manager because she didn’t have on a hat was very rude and disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to people. We ordered two medium caramel ice coffee’s and they made them smalls at first . We went in and we were very understanding and patient but the black lady with the slick bun was very rude and stated she’s going to make a large instead of two mediums and insisted we combine the two smalls we already had and make that one medium. We didn’t want three drinks we just wanted what we paid for which was the two mediums and she didn’t even offer us a cup to pour the two smalls into. Then when we went back inside she yelled at me and still gave me two smalls instead of a medium which is what I paid for. I would at least have liked a cup to pour the two smalls into so that I’m walking around with 3 drinks. I understand if you guys were out of medium cups or something but that lady with the slick bun was just so disrespectful when we weren’t even being rude.The woman with a tie on who I think was the general manager was very nice as well the only problem is that lady with the slick bun.

    waited 35 minutes in the drive thru to receive a completely incorrect order. Was then asked to pull forward while they fixed it. I asked them did they have my order so they could fix it and they said “I don’t know”……. After pulling forward, I waited 15 more minutes before going to check on my order. Everybody was just standing around pointing fingers at each other instead of working together. They finally bring my food and I’m still missing a fry and my burger is still wrong. After 50 minutes, I thought I had all of my food but got home and realized I was still missing a fry. Oh and they also were “out” of vanilla frostys that I had already paid for, but magically produced one 20 minutes later after they knew I was irritated. Most of the employees look like young adults and it was very clear that whoever was supposed to be leading them had no idea what they were doing. No straws spoons or napkins in the bag. Only 3 sauces for two ten piece nuggets and a 4 piece nugget. And the food that we waited forever and a day for?freezing cold.

    I absolutely love that Wendy’s has come to our community — it’s great to have more food options, and the morning shift team is amazing! They’re always friendly and professional. However, I’ve had very disappointing experiences with the night shift. It’s unacceptable for any manager to allow crew members to speak to customers disrespectfully or use inappropriate language. No customer should ever be called out of their name or spoken to in a rude or offensive way. This kind of behavior does not reflect the values of our community or what Wendy’s should stand for. I truly hope management addresses the night shift issues soon, because if things don’t improve, it could hurt the restaurant’s reputation and success.
