  Several drive through visits to this location several times my order is either missing something or the quality is inconsistent. Upper management needs to figure out if their employees are overwhelmed or if this is an issue with training. Will (very likely) not be going back to this location.

  To start off, this place needs new management. I know several workers at this location and there is very clear aggravation amongst them due to the main manager of this location (Cindy is her name). She treats the employees poorly, and yet they're all doing the best they can to deliver the best experience that we (the customers) deserve. This is why I give a 1 star for the establishment, but 5 stars for the service. This Wendy's doesn't have bad reviews for no reason, there's always someone behind them. Fun fact: She even told the employees to get people to leave good reviews on this location because the reviews are so bad! On to the employees, these people are great. They are always friendly to me whenever I walk in, we can always joke around. They do the job that's required of them, and apologize for any inconvenience that may occur (rushes etc.). All in all, until the management of this Wendy's is fixed, I'm leaving my review at 1 star.

  I have been to this Wendy's a few times and have never had issues with my food or drink. This time my sprite tasted off like they added something else into it. My Big Bacon Hamburger was cold. When I got to the windows she said my order was 10.90 but when I finished order the computer/AI said it was a 11.00. If it was 10.90 and I gave you a 20 the change would be different. When she handed me my food she didn't give me my sauce for my fries. So, I waited until the next lady open the window and when I asked for my sauce she said that will be 0.53 cents. I said I already paid for it. Then she gave me one. I have never paid for sauce before. After taking two sips and two bits of my hamburger to make sure I was tasting what I tasting. I am sick to my stomach now. I will not go back. The only thing that was good was my fries with my one sauce! Most people when they forget about putting things in the bags or people switch places usually they say sorry for the inconvenience and give 2 or 3 sauces to make up it up to the customer. Not this time.

  Absolutely the worst Wendy’s there is they can’t get a single order right they give you the food but let you wait 20 mins at the window for your drink the place needs to close and put something where people will actually care to do they job

  This was a delivery order Delivery was delayed. Baked potato was awful so much cheese I had to spoon it off. Vanilla coffee drink was awful. No vanilla just regular tasting coffee I threw it away. Sandwiches were cold. Never had this issue with them before. But this meal cost 17.00 and it was awful.
