We stopped by at 11:15pm (they close at 12:00am) and from the start, just attitude and disdain towards me for simple ordering food off the menu with no specs. I get it. It’s fast food, they are teenagers but why such hatred towards customers that just pulled up? It’s odd. Waited forever for the food and it came out wrong and cold. I know no one cares at Wendy’s and nothing will change but that’s why Wendy’s and fast food dumps like it are going out of business and I’m here for it . I hope they put a Chic Fil-A where this Wendy’s is. Avoid at all cost. I have had a better meal at a gas station. Ha.

Everytime I order online 15 minutes early rather there is a live or not I have to pull forward and wait 10 more minutes. Makes no sense but a guy in front of me can order $50 worth of jbcs and fries and they hold the line up to make um. Online order placed, wait 11 minutes to get to drive thru just to tell um I had an online order just wait more. Outlandish
