Makes no sense but a guy in front of me can order $50 worth of jbcs and fries and they hold the line up to make um. Online order placed, wait 11 minutes to get to drive thru just to tell um I had an online order just wait more. Outlandish

The older woman working the window was extremely rude and rushed me while I was placing my order. After waiting about 11 minutes, my food came out cold, dry, and stale. I explained the issue to her, and she said she would remake the order, but she never came back. When I knocked on the window for assistance, she told me to pull back around instead of resolving the situation. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I believe this employee’s behavior needs to be addressed immediately.
