  Hi stopped at Sands dr. approximately at 1030pm, placed 2 orders. Got to window cashier had rang it all under 1 order. She got Mgr. to separate. Order 1 was a Dave's single with cheese only mustard, lettuce, tomato. It was cold and I had to ask for napkins. Order 2 was large chilli, asiago ranch can sandwich, and strawberry frosty lite whip. Sandwich was cold and the cashier must not have liked that because Mgr came over to man-splain to me hiw they don't microwave. Chilli bag had no spoon, napkins, or crackers nor straw/spoon for frosty. Blew horn to ask for it but Mgr nor cashier came over, the cook had to hand us everything. I was not nasty, or loud, or angry. I've eaten there before but never had such horrible service and food.

  This is the worse Wendy’s restaurant I have ever been to I ask for a # 1 with a large sweet tea I pay for my food then I’m told they don’t have the sweet tea when I finally get my food I get to my car decided to eat it in the car my food is cold cold the burger is cold the fries are cold I will never come here again had to wait about 15min for cold food. I would not recommend this Wendy’s to and one. The service is terrible!

  Slow..Got here and my mobile order was not done..Plenty of employees standing around, moving things and lemonade around..The employees could not figure out who was even supposed to be working the register...Chairs still up in the dining room,just to make sure you don't sit down and God forbid give them work to do...Wendys is just going downhill.

  Definitely could be more organized at this location. Staff did not seem to want to be there as well. It seemed understaffed in my opinion as well. The food was all right. Definitely a sketchy part of town as well.
