Ordered 2 caramel cold foams, they got them wrong. Then when the remade them they were still wrong. All of my food the fries,the nuggets, the burgers were cold and they had a attitude about fixing the drinks in the first place, I recommend finding a different Wendy's

The lady up front tried to tell me it’s 2 dollars for buffalo sauce like I could get almost another burger for that price and my chicken sandwich wasn’t crispy it was rubbery and hard in the middle like if they deep fried knee caps and served it to me

Ordered a Double combo and received the wrong item. Order a small chili and didn't receive the item at all. The person taking the order on the drive through had no business being employed. The person clearly didn't care what I ordered as evidenced by getting the wrong item. No manners at all. I caught the error at the pick up window and the staff seem to think my request to get the order correct was a real imposition. This place is terrible and you would think the management would take the necessary actions to improve employee training, attitude and basic human manners.
