It made the whole place awkward and almost uncomfortable to be in. He walked out of the place visibly upset, and the tone in the room was just very different after that. Something must’ve happened in the back between employees because he was very kind to the customers when he was at the front. These kind of things are what tears an establishment down. Treating your employees with respect builds a good foundation of an even better atmosphere for your customers and it doesn’t seem like they’re doing to well at that..
