  I may be writing this in need of my glasses and just a tad bit drunk, and requiring my wife to proof read. We are here for my company Christmas party post holidays. But had to say for someone who is not a golfer, we (my wife and I) had a great time. This is due in large part to the titos vodka and cranberry for my wife and the old fashions provided by the wait staff and prepared by our bar tender Derick. Great guy and I believe he approves of this message. As well as providing them to the tables by Marco.

  We've been there a few times to play golf, and the golfing experience itself was amazing. The problem for us is the food and drinks; the quality of these items needs improvement. On all three occasions we were there to play, I had to send my drink back, either because it was watered down or extremely sweet. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it arrived undercooked. I hope they improve these two aspects, because honestly, I really enjoy playing golf there.

  This is the second time we’ve tried to dine here and experienced a long delay before being helped. Yesterday, we came in for a birthday party and arrived at 5:45 pm, but no one came to our table for nearly 20 minutes. After that, we waited an additional 25 minutes just to receive our drinks and food. Our waitress was kind, but the overall service felt very unorganized and frustrating. After such long wait times, we were then rushed out once we finished eating, even though we were still in the middle of cutting and enjoying the birthday cake. Our party consisted of over 15 people, and being rushed out under those circumstances felt very discourteous. While we were allowed to split the check, the experience as a whole was disappointing. The restaurant seems focused on quick table turnover, yet lacks attentiveness to guests. Our group spent over $800 on food and drinks, and being rushed after waiting so long for service felt especially rude and unacceptable.

  I had no idea i was going to love this place as much as I do. My 12 year old son 1st visited here for a birthday party and he had so much fun he came home asking me to take him again sometime. The 1st one we went to was actually in Myrtle Beach while on vacation and we all had so much fun as a family. So when we got back home I started going to this one with friends and I have actually gotten a little good at golf even though ive always hated the sport! Lol. But top golf makes it fun and the drink specials and atmosphere is phenomenal! The staff are great and the food is pretty good. I dont actually think the food is worth the prices. But it is tasty. The giant big screen on the 1st floor is great for watching the games! So this is great for families, couples, and friend groups!

  We had a lovely time with our teetotaling friends and family, but several issues marred the $300 experience. Our waitress was clearly stretched too thin, managing too many bays simultaneously. Perhaps our food-focused order didn't command the same attention as a neighboring bay that ordered pitchers of beer and multiple rounds of brown liquor shots, because we practically had to flag our server down when after she walked past our bay without looking at us 3-4 times in 20 minutes. Also, speaking of the neighboring bay, some guests in the adjacent bay were noticeably drunk and cursing loudly throughout our visit….with all the kids in bays up and down the level playing in earshot, that was inappropriate. I hadn’t played TopGolf for four years, so a tutorial would have been nice…like the previous times l’d played! Before we could even begin playing, I was surprised to be charged $18 for unwanted "lifetime memberships" for several members of our group—a mandatory fee that wasn't clearly communicated upfront, or could be avoided. The food quality was deeply disappointing. The food didn’t even arrive warm. The queso blanco and chips, macaroni bites, and buffalo chicken dip were all excessively salty. The buffalo chicken potato skins were even worse—the potatoes were overcooked and served cold, while the toppings were undercooked. Adding insult to injury, I ordered one serving of the potato skins, but two arrived. I immediately informed the food runner that I'd only ordered one, but he left both anyway. They weren't even good enough to justify keeping them, and I still don't know if I was charged for that extra order since there was no itemized bill provided. Predictably, our waitress was nowhere to be found as our bay time expired. While the kids enjoyed themselves, the adults left dissatisfied with the rowdy atmosphere, poor service, and subpar food quality. For $200, we expected far better.
