Two people working and no one would acknowledge me. Eventually one guy walked passed me but before I could say anything he said “do me a favor and order at the kiosk.” Awful customer service lazy employees. Need more people working.

WHY in the world would you substitute a Baja Blast with a Baja Blast Freeze? What about a soda is to be substituted with a freeze?? DoorDash goes here often and maybe three times out of 40 is the order right. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed. I used to work for Taco Bell it’s not this damn hard. Slow and wrong? Pick one pleaaaase. Truly embarrassing. God forbid you have an issue with your food in the lobby you practically have to do jumping jacks to get anyone’s attention.

I could hear the workers asking each other who had made my order. They then asked me was that my order, to which i annoyed by this point, said yes. And all they did was laugh . When the food was finally made (not even sure if it has been made to our order yet), the guy tried to make the excuse that they prioritize the drive through to which i pointed out, two other people came inside after i had already been waiting at that point and we were skipped. His only words were we are sorry.
