I went to the drive thru to order my sub. As I was driving past the windows, the employees shook their heads and rolled their eyes. I ordered my $14 foot long and asked for it to be toasted. I literally live right around the corner and my food was cold. When I got to the window, the payment was taken had to wait a couple of minutes and received my order for a cold steak and cheese sub that wasn’t toasted as I requested. I’m wondering why I had to pay $14 for this at all. I won’t be returning for the quality of service or food.

If you say you close at 10pm then you should accept business until 10pm. No reason your store should be pitch black at 9:40 and your employees saying they close early so they can cleanup.

A big surprise when a jalapeño slipped in guess it fell in the bin with lettuce or pickles the staff was nice place was clean

Concern About Unsanitary Experience at Subway
Hello,
I visited your location today and unfortunately found a hair in my sandwich. While the gentleman working did apologize, I still feel this was an unsanitary and unpleasant experience. Serving food with hair in it raises health and cleanliness concerns, and I believe more attention should be given to food safety and hygiene practices.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers.
