I called up there a few minutes before they closed and complained about missing items. Some guy tried to rudely tell me that we ordered the meal with chips when thats not in fact what we ordered as you can see on the receipt. Instead of him being rude, he couldve at least said just come up there tomorrow with the receipt and they can accommodate me. If you can't follow simple instructions that are right in front of you, you don't need to work there. So ridiculous how people feel that they can be rude to you for their mistake. The only thing good that came out of this situation is that the sandwich was perfect. The tea was not sweet and we had missing items. Your best bet would be to not order your food online here

I had a subway coupon clearly in my hand but when I went to pay they said they don’t take them because they can’t make any money if they do. They did not have any signs letting me know they did not take subway coupons. The place was empty of customers at lunch time and I now know why
