I placed a mobile order tonight, usually I prefer to order in person and have never had issues with this store during the daytime but tonight I was in a rush so had to order online for pick up. First off, the night time customer service is trash; no one greets you when you walk in, and most of the time they are mean mugging the entire interaction and very dry. The girl who made my sub which was very easily and clearly ordered on the app, obviously doesn’t know the first thing about subs; my sub quite literally look like she bounced up and down on it, and the ingredients were not even correct despite us ordering it exactly how it comes lol….. If you come to this location ONLY go during dayshift & do NOT mobile order
