Last time we went in person, they told us the ice cream machine was down and then I watched someone make two and hand them out to other people. The cashier was completely rude and acted like she didn’t want to speak or serve us. Then we doordashed from here and they forgot our ice cream then too. Idk if that’s the drivers fault or the workers but it’s ridiculous.

- BLBrenda LoweryDec 26, 20251.0Jamarion who works there was very unprofessional and we seen out him outside of the drive through talking and laughing with his friends when he was supposed to bring out our slushes ,we was sitting at side curb takeouts for an hour and our slushes still ain't come out.I never waited so long at a sonic this is the worst sonic I have ever been at.Please do better sonic y'all were very unprofessional and rude and as we had to go thru the drive thru to get our slushes and they was literally sitting there for an whole hour and they messed up my blue raspberry slushy please do better sonic.Yall needs talk to jamarion asap please and thank you that was very unprofessional and ghetto.
