  I got delivered the wrong pizza and then tried calling to get it fixed and the workers just pick up the phone and hang up. So unprofessional.

  I order breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. Breadsticks were cold and stiff like cardboard box they came in. Cinnamon rolls were a mess and cold. Both were chewy . 0/10 recommend. All we wanted was a late night snack and ended up throwing the whole order away

  We had food delivered for Superbowl Sunday celebration it was ordered early and delivered at the time we designated promptly and with care food was good we enjoyed it thank you pizza hut

  Visited on 01/29/2026. Placed my order in store, spending $42. I placed my order at 6:44pm before the crowd began to come in and I didn't get my order until 7:20pm after the crowd left. Just for my order to be wrong, I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until the following day when the manager was in. I also reached out to customer care on 01/31/2026 and still have yet to hear anything back as of 02/06/2026. Highly unprofessional and highly recommend NOT WASTING YOUR MONEY ( atleast if you're not a regular customer)

  Hey everyone, I’m never the one to do reviews. Unfortunately today that was not the case😮‍💨, I had ordered a large stuffed crust pizza w/ jalapeño, 16 piece lemon pepper boneless chicken and a litter Pepsi which was $54.22 including delivery fee. When I open the container of chicken all I see is a mixture of cooked and RAW CHICKEN mixed together 8/16 pieces of chicken were RAW🤢 that is unacceptable and disgusting. Anyone could’ve gotten FOOD POISONING, and then proceeded to mix that chicken with cooked chicken. I’m extremely upset, I will NOT be paying for something like this. I will definitely be getting my money back and this will be the last time I order from this place AGAIN. ❗️PLEASE BE CAREFUL❗️0/10 😣
