The attitudes of cashiers and employees is seen as soon as you walk in the door. Accidentally ordered a drive-through order but the line would have taken me 45 minutes plus to get out of so I go inside to pick up my order of soup and they tell me they can’t give it to me Because it goes through the drive-through and I would have to go sit in the drive-through lane to pick up my food. You are literally making my soup at the same place as to go orders inside and you can’t just hand it to me? I ask for the order to be canceled and the cashier again says I can’t do that, You gotta do that with an attitude yet again. I walk out and call the manager Asking for a cancellation of the order. The manager then says why don’t you just come inside and grab it? Seriously? I was just inside.They Blatantly do not want to be at work and it is apparent from every employees face. I’ll take my money to any other Panera location, but this one. Half these employees don’t deserve a job
