There were no workers. No one on the floor. No one at the registers. No one at the food prep. How do people order here?

Great service and food. I was looking for a place to work and found this Panera environment perfect with enough electrical outlets to stay charged. I will seek more Panera's for business meet-ups/ focus work in my future.

Gloves are for food only, not for just keeping your hands clean! Touching the register? Remove the gloves, don't do that one finger crap that going to touch food later. This includes managers! Replace the toaster! I have been here a few times recently only becuase it's close to work for me and my coworkers. Here are my experiences: You put food on the register and germs from the register and everything else you touch on the food. The person in front of me asked that new gloves be used for her food and then you used the gloves from her food to ring me up and give me my cup and you put your greasy crumb fingers on the rim of my cup. So someone corrected you and you failed germ theory again on the very next customer. Panera train and monitor your staff properly. Also the person ahead of me got a bagel which had to be toasted 3 times because the toaster just barely warms food meaning whenever someone gets a bagel toaster the people behind them have to wait for Panera to take three tries before getting it right. How is that fast casual?? Two coffee types out and told staff. Twenty minutes later still no coffee One of the people on the register will just randomly leave without saying she needs to step away while you're in line. The restroom has a paper towl dispenser that hasn't worked for weeks - more reason to believe this place isn't hygienic. Panera corporate also needs to design the register section better. The coffee bar is a full partition that splits where lines would form for the two registers. When the line wraps towards the coffee side that means people coming from the other entrance can't see that a line has formed and just queue up at the register towards the fireplace. I've seen people jump the line and irk the people already in line that have been waiting for the cashier to make a smoothie, for the bagels to toaster in the non-toasting toaster, or just for anyone to be be at the register since there's sometimes no worker in sight (seriously, we had to keep yelling hello for someone to come up). Some people come in, see a line that doesn't move and just leave. Soon those townhouse down the street will sell and some other restaurant will move into the center and out-service this underperformer. Customers will gravitate to a restaurant that's actually staffed, clean, stocked and efficient. Good luck Panera. Your days may be numbered.

I just got a cup size mac and cheese, and it took half an hour for them to see to my food. I was also surprised that for eight dollars, you get five mouthfuls of pasta. Bread came out cold but both tasted okay at least.
