  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Listen to the other reviews, incorrect orders, horrible management and service. I had a pickup order placed and got home to realize something was missing. I then took the drive back with a receipt in hand to show the “manager”. He went to remake my 1/2 sandwich, I asked if I could receive a complimentary full sandwich for the trouble of my incorrect order….and I heard the workers telling the manager NO! COMPLIMENTARY?! And then a random employee came to tell me “we’re not allowed to give out complimentary sandwiches JUST pastries” (mind you this is not the manager) when I told him everyone in the store could hear what the employees in the back were saying..he didn’t care and just repeated if I would like a pastry. I replied “no but I will be calling the corporate number in the morning” and the employee shrugged and turned around to walk away. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I plan on reaching the district manager in the morning because obviously this is an ongoing issue.

  I have been to countless stores for Coffee: Pret, Dunkin, Starbucks, Mom and Pop stores. This is the only store I've been to in my entire life that I waited 15 minutes for a coffee - coffee was out, took 15 minutes to replenish, cream was out - might as well close this store and be out, as well.

  I placed a rapid pick up order. Was to be ready at 12:22 pm. Upon my arrival, there was no orders (at all) on the pick up shelf. I asked abiut my order and was told it wasn't ready. They were busy so I was patient. I asked again at 12:55 pm. It was sitting there with thr staff. It should've been put on the shelf. My food is cold. Why wasn't it put on the shelf?? Very unacceptable! And, there were no pumpkin seeds in my soup or on the side

  I just visited Panera Bread, and my experience was terrible. The manager, Valerie, was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she was playing in her hair while making food. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable for someone handling food. Management clearly needs better training and oversight. I would strongly suggest people not to eat here.

  Panera in general has gone down over the years in my opinion. This location is as poor as I have ever seen. Came in at 1:30 and there were not many people in there. Waited in line for 10 minutes and then finally ordered. Ordered A Pick 2 Smokehouse barbeque. You are supposed to get a half of sandwich and then pick to items ranging from soup, bread or chips. I elected bread and tomato basil soup as my pick 2 items and a drink. The bill was $15.50 and I was up charged for the soup even though I was suppose to get 2 items included. The soup should have been included but I gave up trying to explain to her. Went to the restroom which was beyond nasty and no paper towels and a horrid floor and sink. There is no excuse for these prices with such poorly trained and short staff and filthy restaurant. Panera bread was not always like this. All of them are dirty, expensive and poor service these days, but this one should be closed in my opinion. I will not return, Customer beware.
