Staff did not say hello or ask if I was waiting on an order, for my name, or anything both back where you pickup to go orders and dine in orders or at the register. There was 1 person working the register and at least 3 making orders. It was not busy at all yet the lack of organization and confusing layout left customers confused, irritated, and unsatisfied. The food was also just ok. Not at all your standard panera experience. Severely understaffed and untrained.
