We didn't get to the actual dining experience. We had to wait up front for a while for them to have a server to wait on us. We decided to go ahead and leave. The kicker was the chain-smoking hostess who is representing the restaurant. She kept going right out by the front door smoking and sounded like she was going to hack up a lung
You guys have to do better with the Aussie fries I order them all the time and it's harder and harder to get a good batch. I used my Uber eats coupon for these fries c'mon guys please.

This has been my go-to for 30 years, as it is in my neighborhood, but NEVER again. I have tried and tried, but tonight was the last straw. We waited for so long at the hostess stand, I literally called to be seated. My food had a giant hair in it, and they didn't acknowledge or apologize at all. The staff is TERRIBLE, and they should all be fired. Especially, the red-haired bartender/server. Terrible. This place was once great but now it is terrible. Go to Texas Roadhouse. It is better in every way.
I am a frequent patron of the Outback Steakhouse establishment on Westover Terrace in Greensboro, NC. This afternoon, I watched as Daniel, the waiter, tell an elderly woman that was dining by herself exactly how much to tip him ($10). His behavior was utterly disgraceful and rude. He grabbed his receipt and walked off without even a thank you or have a good evening.
We made sure the lady was okay, helped her up, and brought her to the lounge area to wait for her ride. Witnessing him exploit that poor lady for a tip made me sick to my stomach. It totally ruined the evening. I spoke with manager Cameron, who apologized repeatedly and indicated he would address Daniel’s behavior. I hope measures are taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else, especially the elderly.

Absolutely ridiculous. For the prices being charged, there is no excuse for this level of carelessness. My order was missing butter, sour cream, extra ranch, extra bloom sauce, regular ranch for my salad, and even silverware. That’s not one small oversight — that’s a complete lack of attention to detail.
To make it worse, I specifically requested no tomatoes on the salad, and there were tomatoes on the salad. How hard is it to follow a basic modification?
On top of all of that, my steak was so over-seasoned it completely overpowered the flavor of the meat. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect quality and accuracy. This felt rushed, sloppy, and careless. I should receive the same service whether I sit down in the building or order it to go
There’s absolutely no reason it should be this way with the prices customers are paying. Extremely disappointing.
