- FCFredderick ChristonNov 11, 20255.0I came in on 11-11-25 for the veterans day meal and of course there was a wait time and the place was packed (which is understandable, no complaints at all) but the young gentleman up front Mr. Jaylen Liles needs to be commended. I sat back while waiting to be seated and watched him keep his composure, smile, and greet every guest. Even when veterans pushed him to get their free meal "to go" he politely explained that they can only dine in. His professionalism and patience with the customers and veterans was amazing....oh yea, and my food was amazing and flavorful as always. Kudos to the cook.

We noticed two other parties that came in after us, both parties of 2, were called before us. We went to check on status of us being served after waiting 30 minutes and he asked if we had received a text, I told him "no, you didn't ask for a number, just asked our name". We left and will not be back to this location.

Server who was also bartending seemed overwhelmed and wasn't very present. First time eating here, food was decent I guess. Probably wouldn't go back.

Was too obvious he didn’t want to serve people of color. No telling what he may have even done to the food prior to bringing it out. Slammed my plate on the table. Just hateful and blatant racist. Definitely overheard him using the N-word openly. If you don’t wanna work or be around people of color, stay home. He does NOT need to be doing any type of service work. Keep your bad energy away from other people. Outback, yall definitely need to step up and get him handled. More like he needs to be fired effective immediately! He had another table of older ladies, black ladies and was so hateful to them it made my blood boil. Cursing at them. Yall need to get em up outta there. TODAY
- DHDavid HoggardNov 8, 20252.0Unfortunately this location has declined greatly. All dishes were cooked poorly, plates stayed on table and we essentially had to buss the table our selves. No refills. Two steaks so bad we just sent back and didn’t re-order. We have been coming here for over 10 years and will not be back anytime soon
