I ordered 2 of their Valentine's Day specials which was advertised as 10 oz Prime Rib, baked potato, salad, yeast rolls and cake. I purposely ordered the Prime Ribs rare knowing it would probably cook a little in the box. What I got was 2 / 7oz Prime Ribs( yes I weighed them) VERY well done, no au jus, baked potatos ( no butter or sour cream, 2 salads( hard to mess up lettuce , cukes and tomato) no bread at all and 1 piece of cake. I live 30 minutes away so I called to express my disappointment and after the girl who answered tried to tell me I got everything I paid for she told me to hold on. Came back to phone and said they would replace Prime Ribs but that is all they would do and it had to be tonight. Oh, and did I mention that when the girl ran my card she said " how much would you like to tip"I . I get it was a special but they chose to run that special and should never had compromised quantity or quality which is what I have a feeling they did. We trashed the Prime Rib which was not edible and ate baked potatoes and salad for our dinner. Oh and split one very small piece of cake. Ridiculous.
