Went to this McDonald’s and placed an order for an ice cream cone at 12:33. It took someone 15 minutes to come out and tell me that the ice cream machine was broken. IMMEDIATELY IRRITATED. Asked the “manager” (short, locs, wearing nasty beanie ) why did it take 15 minutes for someone to come out and let us know that the ice cream machine was broken. She then placed the blame on a new employee named AJ saying that he just came and told her that the ice cream machine was broken. Mind you, I have been looking at him running back and forth outside taking people their orders as i listen to her yelling at other employees in the back. Then i ask what am i supposed to do if i used my points on the app, with an attitude she decides to say “you gone have to contact customer service online” then proceed to just start helping someone else. Which is extremely rude , if I didn’t place my order online .. then why am i going to wait 3 to 5 days to get some type of resolution. At this point Im completely irritated and i start cussing . She continues to tell me that it’s the new employee fault as if the orders don’t pop up on the screen back there . As the manager , why are you continuing to blame this new employee like you aren’t the one training him? So apparently she doesn’t know how to properly train her employees either . When asked for her name she continues to sit here and ignore me , asked AJ for her name he decided to claim he doesn’t know . As if she didn’t just throw him under the bus saying that it’s his fault nobody was informed about the ice cream machine being broken. If she doesn’t like her Job then she needs to be working AT ALL. If this is how yall train your managers to act then yall need to do better .

I pulled into the drive through at around 11 pm. my order was quickly take and I pulled around to the first window and paid for my meal. I then pulled to the next window where a worker asked me to pay. I informed the worker that I had already paid to which he said “well I didn’t take it”. The girl who took my payment at the first window then comes up to the second window and begins to question me on if I really paid which again, I had just paid at the first window and the same girl who took my payment just a few minutes before didn’t seem to realize that. But I was like you know maybe they’ve just had a long day. Once the matter was settled I was directed to pull forward. Fine. I had a larger order and there were cars behind me. At this point it’s around 11:05. Some time passes and I’m still sitting in the spot 5 minutes later. Two other cars that were behind me are also directed to pull off. At this point it is now almost 11:15 and there are no cars in the line AT ALL anymore. The only cars are myself and the other two cars I mentioned. At this point I hear the side door open and the man from the second window who first tried to to say I dint pay comes out with a bag of food and he asks me what my order was and I repeat it back to him. He tells me sorry this food isn’t mine but it’s coming and he leaves. A few minutes later the door opens again and the girl from both windows come out with two bags of food. That food also isn’t mine and but it’s the two other cars that again WERE IN LINE BEHIND ME and were also directed to pull off. At this point it has been 20 minutes since my order was placed and every car that came in the line behind me has received their food. The lady then tells me that she’s sorry for my wait and my food is coming. Ok yall said that 10 minutes ago. At around 11:22 the lady comes back out with my food bag. I go to look inside and I’m missing my two large fries. I then had to wait for them to give me my fries. By the time I pulled out of the drive through it was 11:25/11:30. And then the food was not fresh and was lukewarm at best. Needless to say I WILL NOT be returning EVER and am still considered contacting someone at a higher level about my experience because not only did I waste 30 minutes of my life and my money for some fries, snack wraps, and chicken nuggets that weren’t worth any of it but the male employee told me he’d be high all day. To each their own but you’re dealing with people’s food and speaking to them and that’s what you tell them? No thank you. The only thing I wish I had done besides never pulled into the drive through was go ask for my money back.

Food was excellent but waited over 10 minutes in the drive through for 2 burgers and a fry. They of course had me pull forward as to not be on their timer. Then it felt as if they forgot about me. A friendly curbside lady came up and asked if I was okay and personally got my order and brought it back to me.

I've been in the area recently but grew up in Greensboro drove all the way from Raleigh and all I wanted was two hamburgers and a fry the hamburgers tasted like they had were on the verge of rotting Fry's were okay the staff is great they're doing the best they can but it is on the border of uncontrolled chaos and it wasn't even that busy there were only seven people in there. Without a doubt I will never come back
