    Quarter pounder was raw. Took pictures. Am contacting the food and drug administration of this because this is happening too much for a fast food place. Inman Rd needs to be their act together. I may just own if you catch my drift!!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. You will be getting inspected when you least expect. Maybe the employees should have to eat what they don't cook thoroughly. Or maybe they shouldn't be so lazy or give a crap about what they're doing. Won't ever eat at a McDonald's ever again. And to the owner reaching out, don't bother you should have thought about this with so many complaints. Hope you get fined and are shut down. It's called sorriness. No excuses for you!!!

    Absolutely horrible service. Orders are consistently wrong and normally I just let it go because it's not worth the hassle to get it fixed but today I had an exceptionally long wait because they were cleaning a frappe dispenser and when I finally got the order it was missing items. Realized this when I got home and when I called to in have it refunded, I was told the refund had to be done in person meaning I'd have to come all the way back up to the restaurant just to fix their mistake Order #1258 - 12-26-2025 (mind you I orders in the mobile app). I have children and I have a very busy schedule so I can't just drop everything to go back after already waiting as long as I did. When I asked what would be done to compensate me for the inconvenience along with correcting the hundreds of other wrong orders or inconveniences I've let slide, I was told nothing. The best they could do is give me back the money for the item THEY messed up!!!... I shouldn't have to go out of my way to fix an issue they created... This is beyond the point... The point is that there is absolutely zero accountability in the service industry nowadays. I waited tables for 10 years and we would comp whole meals for one mistake or any inconvenience the guest might have experienced. Now, even a billion dollar corporation can't lose a couple pennies on the dollar to correct a mistake they made. DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT THINGS TO BE CORRECT. Sad thing is, this could have all been avoided if they had just offered to comp a SINGLE additional item for the inconvenience. OR just done anything other than what they did. I've never complained here and now they have lost a regular customer. I'll gladly drive further to ACTUALLY GET THE CORRECT ORDER. If you are reading this... Buyer beware guys

    I went to this McDonalds with my Grandpa and he had taken a survey that comes on McDonalds receipts to get any sandwich at ANY McDonalds Buy one get one free. We had stopped at this one because we were in the area and he showed the person at the drive thru and he acted like he had no clue what it even was. He called the manager and she was rude and said that McDonalds had stopped doing the surveys. We went to another McDonalds, Specifically at 7069 Albert Pick Rd, and they took the receipt without a problem and the staff there said McDonalds still did the surveys. Not sure why the one on Inman Rd didnt take it.
