  Progress in society has fallen so much that the experience at this McDonald's started and finished way below standards in professionism. When pulling up to the drive thru, and there is a large yellow sign offering a deal, you would think that would be the sale price. Well nope. Was being charged full price instead of the advertised sale price. When I explained there is a yellow sign right in the drive thru advertising the sale price I think I shut down the "co-worker" at the window to an extent that I was an inconvenience. I guess the manager sitting down was perfectly fine in saying that was the old price and didnt want to come over so I could explain about the signs left up and to maybe to take them down for false advertising and not honoring a mistake. Alas, I didnt get to that point and the window slammed in my face with the lovely attitude of I dont care. I wasn't bothered about the price but knew enough that the lack of working and professionalism isnt worth a debate about how maybe down the road there could be more conflict since thr signs are up. But instead I moved to cook out down the road. Anyways, I wouldn't try to talk here as a customer since thats the new etiquette of this place.

  Charged me twice on the app and immediately cancelled my order. You guys run out of nuggets, burgers, and fries?

  This McDonald's was great! I went thru drive thru and the agent was polite and proper and the team got my order right!. Also, thanks for steaming my fillet fish bun. I hate when people toast the bun on fish fillet. My fries weren't fresh but they weren't cold either. Overall, 5 stars. I dont eat fast food often but it was a delicious treat and reward.

  I went the the drive through and used the rewards app. I linked my PayPal so I could pay through the app, when I got to the line, I asked the cashier how was able to pay through the app she said she did not know so I asked her if she could scan the RQ code and she said that they didn’t have a scanner. I asked the cashier to give me a minute and as I’m getting my card, she opens the window and says that her manager told her to tell me to get out of the line because I’m holding up the line we were at the window for no more than three minutes. Since I had two separate orders, one for me and one for my niece I asked her if my niece could pay her order. She said yes, and as I’m handing her the money for my niece’s order, the manager comes up behind the worker and tells her “I don’t know what’s going on, but they need to move out of the line like bro we’re wasting time”. I can hear both of them and I told her that I’m sorry and I handed her my card to pay for my order she finishes ringing me up and I go to the second window. I’m at the second window and the manager is yet again telling the other person handing me my food to hurry up because I’m wasting their time, since the managers behind the worker I’m trying to grab both of my grinch boxes from the worker and I wasn’t able to grab both of them at the same time with one hand so one of them fell the manager huffs and complains about it and makes me pull up so they can give me a different box. I pull up manager comes out doesn’t say anything grabs the box that fell throws it in the trash goes back inside then three minutes later she sends out another worker to grab the socks from the grinch box that was in the trash bin. I didn’t receive my food for another three minutes. The food was both cold and stale.. All of the staff working at the drive through were disrespectful and talking about me in my face, they also didn’t know how to work the app…. They should hire professional people that actually want to work and know how to handle customer issues professionally.
