I went inside and the manager in a light blue shirt was eating a burger and place it on the same rack where the food you order goes. When he saw me looking at him, he picked it up and went to the back. He was doing the fries also with a mouth full of food.

- WLWillie LisaneDec 24, 20251.0I placed a mobile order via the McDonalds app with the pickup being through the drive-thru. Once I pulled to the menu- board, no responses to me for over 15 minutes. Even after trying to contact that them. What makes matters worst is that the employees were in the parking hanging out and talking by their cars while theres a line wrap around the building of customers waiting. One of the worst experiences Ive had at McDonalds so far.
