The young lady taking orders was super polite and personable calling me by name for my mobile order and just having a genuine personality and great customer service. This was all about a 30 second interaction but she made my morning simply because it’s just not what we normally get from McDonald’s. I applaud her!! Gave her $20 when I got to the window just because she was a ray of sunshine. Thanks bookie!! Food was good too lol
- CKC KDec 16, 20251.0I received the wrong order. Went back through the drive thru to get it fixed because I didnt want it to mess up their line times. Get back to the speaker and sat for 5 minutes- went around again and STILL got NO greeting. Then finally I hear "you was just here. What you want?" Uhhh to have the food I paid for please?! The bag I received had a Large Grinch Fry. I ordered two Grinch meals. Waited an additional 12 minutes for my order to come to my car. Employee walked to my window and literally flung one of the boxes into my car and put another one on top of my steering wheel then walked away. I was sitting my drinks into my console and had my head turned and looking down so I didn't realize she was reaching in to sit the box down, but I did see the other fly across my face and it made me look up and catch her walking away. Apparently I was moving too slow; atleast, that's what she believed since she said "you taking too long" before she walked away. I wanted to call about this incident but funny thing is I never got a receipt to narrow down the individual that was rude to me throughout the entirety of my visit. I won't return.

This biscuit must have sat under a heat lamp all day and there a very minimal amount of gravy on it ! 4.25 wasted at Mcducks ! Will not go back to this location , hey thanks for nothing , had to throw my food away 😑 😒
