  Fine food, but the drive through is consistently extremely, extremely slow, at least at breakfast time. I've tried a few times over 5 years, and I don't think I've even gone through the breakfast drive through line in less than 40 minutes. The last time I went, I started a video when I first got in line, didn't move, started panicking because I was feeling trapped by all the traffic, and when I finally got out of the parking lot without ordering or the line even moving in the line, the video was at 14 minutes. I understand being short-term understaffed, but this has been my experience every time I go. And being busy is fine, but not moving at all in 14 minutes? There wasn't even anyone at the windows when I finally escaped, just people waiting to order.

  We waited 20 minutes in the 2 lane drive through for a single iced coffee. When we got to the second window we were told to pull up and they would bring it out to us later. I can't remember ever having to pull up and wait for just a drink at any fast food place. I love McDonald's, but we're never going to this location again.

  You guys have me not just ONE but FOUR raw quarter pounders and I always come to this McDonald’s and I will be taking my service to another location you guys can’t even pick up a phone and when i came in face to face you refused to remake my food or even give my money back hell a weeks supply of free food would have been even better. If you don’t like your job find something else that suites you cause you clearly can not flip burgers nor cook right. Out here just making people sick you should be ashamed of yourself!

  This place is just slow. I spent almost 35 mins in the drive thru yesterday. I ordered a single kids meal through the mobile app and go to pick it up in the drive thru. 20 mins later I had not even made it to the speaker even though I was only 1 car behind the person at the speaker. If I'd been able to leave the line I would've. I finally get to the windows to pick up my food and the person taking orders at the second window acts like they don't think I had an order in the system. Luckily, the guy actually handing out food knew what he was doing and had my order ready for me. The girl taking orders needed to just focus on that instead of looking at me like I was there trying to steal someone else's food.

  Came in to order. After waiting 15 minutes and having to stand and watch a completely inappropriate argument between another customer and a Refuel clerk (gas station across the street) basically the whole time. I stood and waited while people got their food well before me that ordered after. I saw multiple customers ask for extra sauces and not get charged. It was only when I ask that I get charged. Normally everything would have been fine bc rules are rules but.. if I hadn't been waiting for my food for so long and I mean.. I didn't get mustard, pickles or onions on 2 burgers. Use that price for a free sauce. Only reason I go here is because I love McDonald's but come on, do better!
