  So, I don't normally leave reviews, but something has to be said about this location. The past 3 trips to Krispy Kreme on Battleground was absolutely ridiculous. Every time I have gone here the employees are miserable. I went inside to get 2 dozen and went through the entire order without the employee saying one single word to me. No smile. Ho hello, what can I get you - nothing. Another trip, they were completely out of glazed! That's like Bojangles being out of chicken. Today, lobby was closed - drive-thru only. Ok, so I drive to the menu board and was greeted with "please hold". Waited, waited, waited and just ended up backing out of the drive-thru and leaving. Not sure if this is a corporate store or a franchise, but somebody needs to re-evalute their hiring criteria. There were even 2 employees outside just hanging out. What an incredible disappointment this location is. I grew up coming here, back when it was more south and on the corner of Mill St. I dred returning now, wondering what the next issue will be. Fix it Krispy Kreme!!!

  The cashier was very patient while we were indecisive about our order. They gave us chocolate covered custard filled doughnuts instead of the original cream filled when we let them know they were apologetic and corrected the order. Great customer service.

  I have been a krispy Kreme fan for years. My family and I have been to this krispy Kreme three times and eveytime the quality of the donuts aren't that great. We didnt go when the hot sign was on, but it was 9am. The new seasonal biscoff donut was dry and greasy and I threw the rest away due to its dryness. The donuts we a bit on the then side. My husband was extremely surprised and disappointed.

  The owners of this Krispy Kream need to visit their store more often. I went there and paid $15.00 for six (6) donuts. The donuts are smaller and have less filling and wasn't even able to order coffee because the person behind the counter said the coffee machine had been broken for months. The bathroom was filthy, and I mean filthy, like it hadn’t been clean for a few days. Finally, the people behind the counter, and I mean everyone, had the most miserable attitudes I’ve ever come across at a retail establishment. So Krispy Kream, you have lost a long-time customer, and I’m sure it won’t be the last one.

  I will NEVER visit this Krispy Kreme again. I ordered a dozen Halloween donuts. While I was there- my app showed I had a deal of buy one get one dozen free. I got to the speaker and wasn't greeted. Then I heard "go ahead with your order." I proceeded to explain that I wanted to order a dozen of the Witch’s Dozen donuts for $13 and asked a quick question about stacking coupons. The person confirmed I couldn’t combine them, which was fine, and I placed my order for one dozen and two six-count boxes- after I asked for that I was told "second window." No thank you, order total, or courtesy. When I got to the window, the employee there was audibly frustrated and completely unprofessional. She sighed VERY loudly when I mentioned the coupon after saying my total was $18.___, rolled her eyes, and grunted loudy while adjsting my total. When I asked to scan my rewards app, she huffed again, rolled her eyes, and closed the window without saying a word. She did not greet me, thank me, or show any courtesy throughout the entire transaction. I’ve always enjoyed Krispy Kreme, but this experience was truly disappointing. The behavior I encountered was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable for customer-facing staff. I won't return. Really sucks for this location as I bulk order for my warehouse often (albeit not under my common name).
