  I will never ever come back to this Location I will go to West gate city is best and the donuts taste way better and more fresher ....the donuts here quality is not good taste like a cardboard box ... do not shop here go to Westgate city

  Was at Greensboro battleground location Tuesday, December 30, 2025 Around 9:30 PM Employees were screaming, and acting insane. The girl checking us out was extremely rude when I asked her to tell them to stop so I can concentrate and hear her talking to me. In which she did not do. Then I ask her if her manager was there she said she’s on break. I said when will she be back she said 40 minutes. The manager was sitting inside the Krispy Kreme, the whole time never stopped the employees from screaming, never stepping up to say, can I help you with anything? I asked are you the manager? She said yes I said your employees are acting crazy. Are you gonna do anything about it? She said nope! (With a very big attitude) I said what is your name? She said I ain’t gotta tell you my name and I’m not gonna tell you my name I said well I will need to know your name for when I complain. She said well I’m not gonna tell it to you walked off extremely nasty and rude. All the employees went to the back where they were playing, laughing and acting crazy, leaving no one upfront to run the place. Finally, an employee came out. I asked him to get the manager. He tried to. She sent him out to tell me she was busy. This is the most unprofessional management I have ever seen in my entire life. I would suggest new employees and definitely a new manager. She should be fired. This is unacceptable. Not to mention. There were two other customers that walked in while the manager was so rude to me that also complained they didn’t want to come there anymore because of how they act in there at night time. The lady said, and I quote I was here last night. They were acting the same way. This is ridiculous. I have reached out to Krispy Kreme via email. Hopefully, I will hear something back soon in this issue will be resolved. As for now, I will not step foot back in Greensboro battleground Krispy Kreme, until there is new management

  Terrible experience. The inside was closed and a sign on the door saying Drive Thru only. The girl at the speaker had an attitude. My doughnuts were clearly old and hard and it was morning time. They were out of all the good stuff it was just not the experience I was looking for at all.

  Really! What happened to the place we all fell in love with??? I wanted some sweet treats during Christmas shopping. I loaded up the kids and away we went. Of course we were greeted with a very long drive through line. Well lucky for us we wanted to dine in today. Well… actually not lucky, because there was a sign on the door stating they were drive thru only!!! So we left and went somewhere that could accommodate us. We then came back today (2 days later). The sign is still on the door. I sat in line for 15 mins before finally getting to the window. I was the second car in the line. It was finally my turn, and I decided to purchase an assorted box. I noticed that many of my favorites were missing from the menu. They have been replaced with some new items. When attempting to order from the new menu, I was told that every doughnut I wanted was not available!! Fine, I got a dozen original glazed. It was noon and the doughnuts I received were clearly old! I asked for some napkins and received 4 napkins! I’m so disappointed in this place. It’s time to close if you are not willing to accommodate your customers with simple things like napkins and an indoor dining experience. Or fresh food. I’m not planning to spend money here in the future. We had a few other poor experiences prior to this one. Overall…Awful experience that I would not recommend.

  Who doesn't just LOVE a hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS Krispy Kreme donut? I know I do! But, something happened and now a dozen is priced at over a dollar per donut! And that's just the regular old original ones. There's too much legalese going on today-in buying donuts? Really?! I mean, try using one of their coupons! You'll see what I mean when the price WITH is pretty close to the price point WITHOUT. And service? If that's what you could call it, is a joke. When you see no one inside, and THEN, when you go in, you start to see why... C'mon, Krispy Kreme, you can do better!
