  As a returning customer, I am highly disappointed how they’ve handled my recent dispute and concerns surrounding the matter. While being encouraged to use their app for convenience, it has been the exact opposite! After loading money to the app, the funds went missing! After showing the evidence of the purchase and the app’s balance, the store personnel advised there is nothing they can do and directs you to Corporate. I asked for the number as some of the contact numbers on the app are invalid and was given 1-800-KRISPYKREME by the “manager” to keep me from holding up the line. Laughable. After finding a working number myself and reaching out to Corporate the automated system is a nightmare! When finally getting connected to a live representative, the agents only takes down your contact info and advises someone else will reach out. I’ve called several times and left several emails… no response. It’s been over a month without any feedback or resolution. Went back to the store today and they advised me again that it’s nothing more they can do and the whole “reach out to Corporate” spill. Not even a courtesy of a in store credit. Again I have the receipt and pay log to show the authenticity of my claim. After taking my money, I’m treated like a mere inconvenience and going through a cycle of wasted efforts to be met at dead end. So disappointing!

  Sucks! Don’t waste your time or money on something that you can’t get. We went there 2/22/2026 at 7:50 pm and the sign said inside was closed but drive thru was open, but as the lady said they didn’t have any og glazed doughnuts and very limited on others. What a waste of time. We went to Gate City Blvd to get our fix and we were met with open arms and smiles.

  They're always out of something. Go there on valentines at 1pm....no valentine donuts. Hmmmmmm.

  We love Krispy Kreme but usually go through the drive through. This visit was in 2/14 so we opted to go in, hoping to select some of their advertised Valentine's Day doughnuts. Sadly they had none which was disappointing and also a bit surprising since that was the very day that it seems they would want to have them in stock. Oh well, we'll be back for "Hot Doughnuts Now" again in the future. Also note that the parking lot is a bit tricky to get in and out of due to sharing the access with the neighboring strip mall

  My frozen caramel latte is nasty. The lady was not friendly also like she didn't want to serve me, I'm a server too. I get having not a great day but let's not project to our guest. I've never had a bad latte from the other stores. This drink is undrinkable and I literally threw it away after 3 sips. Smh.
