- MDMeka D.Jan 27, 20261.0I literally just went across town to get hibachi from Kobe Grill, I never been there before . I get home and there is a long piece of hair in my food. I call and let them know that I stay all the way across town and I can’t even eat my food. They offered me to come back and get a replacement or a refund but could not do both for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back. The hair is literally embedded in the rice, I am disgusted!
