  Shawn is my favorite guy at this place, although the rest of the crew is pretty awesome also. They always make me feel welcome. Everyone’s attitude is so bright and warm😊. The food and service here is MUCH better than the Jimmy John’s on Gate City Blvd. Thanks for nailing my sandwich on the head every time guys! Sincerely your friend, Me ♥️

  Our organization order 25 box lunches for August 20th for our lunch and learn. We ordered 10 Turkey, 10 Ham, 3 Veggie and 2 Tuna. Once we got the order back to the office, we noticed that our order was short 2 Turkey and a overage of ham by 2. Because we where extremely busy I couldn't call back. I called the next day and spoke with Justin. Who was very adamant about the orders being correct even if they were labeled in correctly. I explained to Justin that it would've have been very unsanitary for our team to open each sandwich. He informed me that the manager was in the bathroom and that I could wait to speak with management. But not before informing me that the store/management are really "STINGY' when it comes crediting customers back for orders. He didn't say store policy but STINGY. I have sent in a complaint and it asked if I wanted someone to contact me and I said "yes". 13/14 days later not one call or follow-up. Please be mindful that this store will not take accountability for the mistake and OH please don't forget the management/store is STINGY per Justin.

  Great customer service! Called after one Jimmy Johns said no Jimmy Johns (including this one) delivered to my house. They not only delivered my food freaky fast, but Cason took his time taking my order and made the perfect Sprite/Coke mock gingerale for me.
