- JMJ MNov 7, 20251.0This location will cheat you out of points, and not give them to you. It’s happened to me twice in one day. Advertising drinks and never having all the ingredients is crazy. Also, serving un toasted grilled cheese sandwiches at $7 a pop is not acceptable! This location closes down ovens 45 minutes prior to closing, and will say the oven is down because they don’t want to make your food. Not a single complaint has been addressed. All around horrible customer service. I would drive past another Dunkin location just to come to this one, but I’ll visit Clutch coffee from now on.

Most of the staff are dismissive and unwelcoming. They have a few good workers, but they can’t manage the volume by themselves. This site needs some serious restructuring. Don’t waste your money.
