- JBJ B1 day ago1.0I go to Dunkin frequently. One of the main reasons is consistency. I know exactly what I’ll be getting. The cold brew was horrible, I don’t know how they ruined it. Absolutely tasted like iced coffee and NOT cold brew. Also, my breakfast sandwich wasn’t toasted. It wasn’t toasted and the eggs barely heated through. I am extremely disappointed to have spend $11 for breakfast, only to receive this trash , bad tasting coffee and food. This place needs EXTRA training. ASAP

This is the only dukin I've ever been to where they ask for tips going through the drive through.... Since when did that become a thing? Aren't they paid minimum wage? It's really awkward getting asked to tip before they even give you the order. Tips are based off of the quality of the service provided not prior to the service being completed. I feel like I'm being pressured into it while my order is being held hostage.
