  Everyone there is very friendly the only time service can be a little slow is when they're overwhelmed otherwise its pretty quick, especially if you mobile order.

  This is absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Each and every time I do a mobile order, they either make it wrong, forget to make it or it’s ready but sitting somewhere it’s not supposed to be. They don’t acknowledge you until you ask them where your order is. Today tops all visits because I stood there for over 5 min with each and every employee looking at me at least once and then ignoring me. I eventually asked where my order was and it was ready but sitting at the drive thru even though it stated “walk-in”. The drink they tried handing me was not what I ordered/how it’s made (I had ordered the cookie butter cold brew and it had no foam or topping). They remake the drink and THEN tell me they are out of the cold foam and topping. One of the employees then states that I should have been told that when I first got there, but I wasn’t, since they chose to ignore me. I told the girl that if I’d have known they were out, then I wouldn’t haven’t order it. Since I had already wasted to much time I left with a drink that was not what I ordered. If only they’d have acknowledged me when I first arrived and advised me of the out of stock ingredients, I would have understood and chosen a different drink. This locations owner/manager needs to send their employees to receive training in customer service because they 100% lack knowledge in this area.

  I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. It was straight up coffee, no flavor at all. Had to go back in to request them to make it correctly. I waited in line while the employees kept walking past and helping the drive thru. I waited for 7 minutes until one of the employees told another employee to see what I wanted. When they were told that my drink was made incorrectly, they put caramel in a small container and handed me several packs of sugar. They’re supposed to remake my drink. I will NEVER come back to the Dunkin Donuts location again. They’re simply lazy.

  The absolute worst experience, and I will not be back.Never consistent, and constantly out of items they have advertised. I’m not sure who all these people are that you are hiring at this location, and where you are finding them but their attitudes are horrendous. To get an attitude because your system isn’t taking a discount and I’m asking for an explanation as to why is INSANE! She just expected me to pay, and shrugged her shoulder with an attitude saying “I don’t know, I don’t know” instead of getting a manager like a competent person. On top of all of that, my order was wrong and I had to go back to the store. Also when did wearing shirts that show your stomach and belly ring become acceptable attire at Dunkin Donuts? No thanks, I’ll go to Battleground from now on and that’s saying something considering I live in Browns Summit!

  This is hands down the WORST dunkin I've ever been to. I don't know how its physically possible to work as slow as they operate, and every time we order more than one item we have to ask for EACH individual item to be handed to us because they cannot comprehend a multi item order. And god forbid you try to order something with a non standard amount of syrup OH my god. For context, i usually have to get my drink with 4 pumps flavor and 4 pumps sugar because every single solitary time i try to order it half sweet they DONT PUT ANY SYRUP AT ALL. This sounds like an exaggeration but i promise its not. I will probably never go to this location again, despite it being so much closer to my house than any other locations. the owner should be ashamed of their training procedures with the way not a single person there can do their job right. I have worked fast food all my life and have never seen this level of incompetence, its like every employees first day on planet freaking earth. Get it to freaking gether y'all good god...
