    Ordered my food at 11:40pm on a Thursday night and it said it would be here at 12:03. I didn’t receive my food until 12:40. I also called the shop asking why my food is late to know if something is wrong and they had trouble even finding my order. Then when receiving my food the driver called me saying he’s pulling up so I went outside and was waiting in the rain for 5 minutes to actually be here. Please do better service with your service and timely. I expected better

    The worst domino’s ever they destroyed my order on Saturday night, which was ice cold I called back to place and order today and a young white male is answering the phone as of today who is very nonchalant very uncaring the manager had ended up putting a credit on my account, but this young man is very rude. I’m asking him what time with my pizza be delivered he saying “ I don’t know”. He said he don’t really have an idea you seem as if you don’t wanna be at work. I wish that he would just quit because this is not how you handle customers I understand about the snowstorm, but things in Greensboro North Carolina are somewhat clearing. I do understand there’s only two delivery drivers, but could you have a little bit more finesse and be a little bit More of respect and treat us with professionalism because we are not your friends. We are a customer and we should be treated as such. He is so ignorant the one answering the phones now! I need corporate to handle this situation

    Very friendly staff, was welcomed by the whole staff as soon as I walked through the door very professional and tidy and pizza was hot and fresh will definitely be going back to this location!! I've been to other Domino's and this one is by far the best service I have received with this company!! Definitely recommend I went in the morning after ordering online and everything was Perfect❣️

    Ordered on a Saturday morning. Even got a popup message that my order was only 6 minutes away...yay!! After waiting over 45 minutes from a place less than 3 miles away ("Vincent left at 11:22am"), I finally called the location shortly after noon and cancelled my order and requested a full refund. After 40 minutes being driven around my food would have been cold anyway. Not I remember why I stopped ordering from this location!! If they had communicated that deliveries were going to take so long, I would have had a different expectation.
