- KBKim ByrdOct 27, 20255.0This place has never let me down. I love the pizza deals. Today the weather was cold and nasty so I ordered delivery. Placed my order for a later delivery. Ofcourse I used the tracking method. The delivery time kept changing. I was ok with its monday night football is on. .Then it said my order was delivered which it wasn't. I called the store. They were so nice, offered me a refund or a new fresh order. I chose the refund cause it was getting late. Then 5 minutes later the order showed up. I felt bad for calling. The wings were hot and the the pizza was a little cold but good. The delivery lady was so sweet and apologized. I imagine at got the meal for free after asking for a refund. But I will drop by the store and give the driver a cash tip. Well deserved.

It is currently 7:54 and it is still not ready. Not once did they announce how delayed they were to the people in the building. It would have been nice to know they’re 40 minutes behind so people can plan accordingly. I understand the app is down and it is busy but if you are aware then communicate that.
