I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my pizza, called the place to make sure the order was placed, it was and they told me to wait a little bit more. They commented that they are currently understaffed and had no drivers so they held back on the order, I understand but why would you keep getting orders if you can't deliver them? My pizza was on its way after almost two hours and in the middle of it's delivery it got canceled. Horrible experience!!! The girl in the phone was rude too.

Ofcourse I used the tracking method. The delivery time kept changing. I was ok with its monday night football is on. .Then it said my order was delivered which it wasn't. I called the store. They were so nice, offered me a refund or a new fresh order. I chose the refund cause it was getting late. Then 5 minutes later the order showed up. I felt bad for calling. The wings were hot and the the pizza was a little cold but good. The delivery lady was so sweet and apologized. I imagine at got the meal for free after asking for a refund. But I will drop by the store and give the driver a cash tip. Well deserved.
