    Just don't order here. Save yourself your time and money. I placed an order today at 10:49, set to deliver by 11:45 to 12:10, at a location 10 mins away. The tracker showed it'd gone in the oven at 12:09. At 1:15, I called for an update since it was showing still in the oven. The lady who answered told me it hasn't been made yet. She asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I told her the teacher had showed the order was in the oven. She told me, "no, I can tell you right now it hasn't been made". I canceled it. She said I'd be receiving my refund within 3-5 days, but not after I asked about it. I needed the pizzas for some workers that were 10 mins away and no way to carryout. The order was placed before lunch time and it's way past lunch time now. Ridiculous.

    Placed an online order before they opened, right at opening time I called to make sure my wings would be cooked the way I wanted because you can not add special instructions online. The guy who answered the phone told me that the order was still being prepped and that he would run the wings three times. 5 minutes later our food is at the door and made incorrect. We called to try and get things fixed and remade but they would not accommodate anything for us . The lady manager on shift had a very nasty attitude about it and hung the phone up on us twice.. asked for bacon on one half and got bacon on 5 slices of pizza just ridiculous

    Sat outside establishment for about 30 minutes. Try to do in pick up order online came in. The store showed an employee that I could not check out an employee got the manager show the manager that I cannot check out. We tried to check out different ways as in paying upfront and as of paying in store, neither one of them worked and manager cannot grant me online order, even though he’s seen firsthand that it was a problem with the Online manager told me to try an app and on Siri I did both still could not order pizza manager did not grant me online half of told me that I can pay 1499 after he seen that this was not my fault Very nonchalant very unapologetic Told me to go to another Domino’s and that he doesn’t know what to tell me

    When attempting to place an order in the app, the pizza came through but not the wings. So I went into the place of business and asked the girl behind the counter and she did not know why it didn’t go through and wanted to know if I still wanted them and I told her yes after turning to speak to see if my husband wanted to wait and we agreed that we wanted the wings. I left out of the store because it was so cold in there thinking the pizza would be ready and would have to wait on the wings. I get the alert that my order was ready. My husband goes in o get the order. He gets the pizza and when asked about the wings was told that we never ordered them by the girl that we had spoken to previously. I would never argue with the customer in regards to an order if I was the server, but she did. We placed the order and it was not received. And after all that cold pizza!
