  my experience with sashenka at Chipotle deserves the highest praise imaginable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kind of warmth and friendliness that instantly makes your day better. she knows the menu inside and out, effortlessly helping me craft the perfect meal every single time. Not only is sashenka lightning-fast and efficient, but the attention to detail is unreal , every ingredient is perfectly portioned, fresh, and made with care. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the customer experience, making each visit feel personal and special. The energy and positivity she brings to the restaurant are contagious. Even on the busiest days, sashenka handles everything with professionalism, a smile, and an unmatched sense of humor. I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle locations, but this is hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced. If you want your food made with care, served with a smile, and an experience that will leave you coming back again and again, make sure you see sashenka, Truly a superstar in every sense!

  Great food and even better service! Everything was fresh and made exactly how I wanted it. There is this little one called sashenka was friendly and quick and the place was clean.

  This was an experience no one should EVER have when entering any establishment. employee Tony and manager Paige were talking about my physical appearance (wearing shorts, I’m sorry not all of us wear long pants to work). As I was in the middle of ordering I noticed they were each taking turns looking at me and laughing. This is flat out unacceptable. The fact that there was a manager on duty, hearing and LAUGHING with employee Tony, I had to force the truth out as they each started to lie about what they were actually saying. So I guess I had to be the mature adult and ask if there was a problem. Tony automatically got defensive, quiet, on his phone, and had nothing to say, coward. Then he decided to say he was “curious” about my shorts. This is a minor example of sexual harassment especially when they’re making fun of something I was wearing. Please, anybody and everybody, please know that employees at this location talk about the clients coming in to spend THEIR money. I feel disrespected, pissed off, and I WILL be contacting corporate about this. Disgusting.

  I placed a mobile order and expected to grab it from the pickup shelf like usual. When I didn’t see it, I went to the counter. The employee greeted me but seemed confused when I responded politely, and the interaction felt rushed and abrupt. He eventually checked the back and handed me my order. I use mobile pickup to make the process quick and simple, so it was disappointing that it did not feel as smooth or welcoming as usual. I hope this location can improve consistency with customer service

  I’m not sure how the reviews are so negative. I was in and out, the employees were nice and greeted me when I came in and my food was fresh!!! This is the best chipotle I ever gotten, filled with flavor and a little bit of spice.
