- IHI HNov 15, 20251.0I’ve been here a couple of times, but tonight’s experience was different. The girl up front seemed like she was having a rough day, idk, but it affected the whole vibe. I understand that ppl have bad days, but it shouldn’t show in customer service. I felt rushed, there was attitude, & my food was put together really sloppily, which honestly made me lose my appetite. I drove in from another city for this, so it was disappointing when things went left. I’m saying this in the calmest way possible: if you don’t enjoy working with/around ppl, please stop choosing customer service jobs. It’s not fair to you, & it’s definitely not fair to the ppl you’re serving. It makes a huge difference when someone actually wants to be there.

One of the workers came from the back put on his gloves, he's wearing head gear 😨 BUT, his dreads are hanging from and out the side of his baseball cap. As he is serving with his hair hanging over each customers bowl, the rice landed on the serving area. He continues to service the next customer in line and he pushed the rice on the counter back into the container of rice that each customer were served from. THIS IS NOT CLEAN!! HERO: he washed his hands, put on gloves and served me my bowls. I ordered 2 chicken bowls.
