  Went to this location 2 hours before close and was out of lettuce, salsa, beans and other items. The staff was taking up the other food when we walked in. They looked at us like why are you here. We went down the road to the other Chipotle and they are great.

  I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill, and once again, the experience reminded me why this restaurant continues to stand out in the fast-casual world. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, attentive, and clearly committed to creating an enjoyable dining experience. Even during the lunch rush, the line moved quickly and efficiently, thanks to staff who stayed focused and upbeat. But that evening after class dinner line is not for the weak , so be patient. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. Chipotle has a consistent way of making each meal feel personalized, and I appreciate how they take the time to make sure my order is exactly the way I like it. The ingredients were vibrant and well-seasoned—from the perfectly grilled chicken and tender steak to the crisp lettuce, warm rice, and their signature guacamole that’s always worth the extra scoop. What I enjoy most about Chipotle is the balance between quality, customization, and portion size. Every bowl delivers great value, and the flavors blend together beautifully. You can taste the difference in the freshness of their ingredients and the thought put into their menu. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, and staff members were walking around ensuring tables stayed tidy, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It’s clear that this location takes pride in their work and in providing a great environment for guests. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill continues to be one of my go-to spots for a satisfying, wholesome meal made just the way I want it. The food, service, and consistent quality keep me coming back.   Be willing to take the L or pick another Chipotle. They’ve switched to “digital orders” only so you sit there waiting to order and they talk and chat to each other without giving you the courtesy of explaining that. Tables are filthy. They apparently have lots of time on their hands to chat and slowly do stuff but ignore obvious needs. Dang. Chips stale and queso usually thick like paste. Do better.

  I stopped at the Tate Street location to pick up lunch around noon for me and two other people. The server told me they were out of chicken for that day, which I thought was ridiculous, so I ordered a burrito, a bowl, and two tacos all with steak. The steak was old and so tough that nobody could even chew it up enough to swallow it. I ended up giving mine to my dog, who couldn't even eat it. My husband called to speak to the manger, and a woman told him that the manger was conducting an interview. He left the manager a message, but they never even bothered to call back. Extremely disappointed in this place
