  they stela you, they charge me 7.99 for a regular lemonade which cost is only 3.99 when I said to cashier she said tbeir prices are wrong, also my boneless wings were burned and swimming on oil, I did not eat it, the fries were supose large and was the small amount serve in a big box , I am really upset because I spend my money in a bad place.

  It’s been a long while since I had some Charley’s so I got me my bacon 3 cheesesteak and oooooowee! That hit the spot :) bacon cooked perfect, quality ingredients and nice staff! Worth a walk through the mall

  This place is a hit or miss... Attitudes with the staff can mess up the vibe or you wanting to order there. They nevee answer the phone, so you can forget that. I placed a order and wanted to change my grilled onions to raw onions and the staff made a big stink about it. Other than that... try it at your own expense

  I think all restaurants should put in and up the effort of pleasing their customers. Come to work neat and clean, not high, grouchy, mad, or shabby because you are what's making that business stand out all besides the food. Leave or set your problems to the side. I comment on things like this often. Take time and listen to the orders closely because people get mad at the customers about their orders being wrong/having to be remade or bring back or called about as if the customers are lying, that's in various locations but pay attention, are the cameras working to show and receipts to vouch proof you made or did this correctly?! Businesses stop saying customers make the business look bad, nope. Get you some thorough people who are gonna run these places right and stop believing a lie over the truth. Stop having mall security walk around following people all because the facts being spoken.. Now, if I end up knocked off the face of earth, it's because of my posts. I keep it real. You should, too. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself and giving the honest truth about the food vs. environment as well. Order up the young lady that is or has been on duty as the manager since I've gone has greeted me with a smile. Charleys Ok
