I told them I had certification and one woman kept yelling at me and screaming from across the store. She proceeded to hold her phone up and record me. She then went to the back room and started getting everyone else involved. I was singled out and harassed. One of them also stated she would not serve my friend because of this. If you dine here, stay clear from the woman in the photo.

One of the girls working the late night shift was extremely disrespectful toward my friend, who brought her service animal into the store. She began yelling at my friend, demanding certification for the service dog (which is not legally required), and her overall tone was aggressive and unnecessary. Afterward, she went to the back and kept staring at us as if we were doing something wrong, which made the entire situation very uncomfortable. When my friend tried to order food, another worker even said, “I’m not serving them,” completely unprofessional behavior. We came in just to enjoy a meal, not to be treated like we were in some sort of boxing ring. The entire interaction was disappointing and unacceptable
