  Overall Score: 4.8/10 Service was super friendly and you could tell they were trying to build a little rapport. The dining room looked nice and clean, and the free bread with oil was genuinely great. Main course took a while and most of the food showed up lukewarm, except the salmon itself. Salmon 5.9/10 Good, basic, and seemed fresh. Decent, but nothing that really stood out. Appetizer plate 3.9/10 Bruschetta was really soggy. Mozzarella sticks tasted like the standard frozen kind. Lasagna 4.5/10 Lasagna itself felt rubbery and not very fresh. Kind of a letdown texture-wise.

  We used Carrabba's catering wmservemice for event for 20 people. We called the evening before for a 1230p delivery on Saturday. The young lady who took the order made excellent recommendations. The manager, G, who take payment was patient and professional. The meal was hot and fresh. The delivery was precisely on time. The delivery drive set up the meal for us and was extremely kind and gracious. The overall experience ans very pleasant a d everyone raved about how good the food was and reminded themselves they needed to get back over to Carabba's soon. Kudos to you!!!

  We went for the Caymus wine pairing dinner. The tables were nicely set and we had a dedicated waiting staff. The food was really good and the size of the portions were better than expected. We were offered generous pours of wine and the staff was knowledgeable about each of the selections. A special touch was the kitchen staff coming out to be recognized for their hard work. We will definitely be back.

  Amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the hostess Anita and our waitress Seyla—they were absolutely phenomenal! Both were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their professionalism and positive energy set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and everything came out perfectly timed. The service overall was top-tier, but Anita and Seyla truly went above and beyond and deserve special recognition. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend—can’t wait to return!

  I recently dined at this Carrabba's location with a group of friends. While the staff were kind and tried to be accommodating, several significant issues made for a highly disappointing experience. While the wait time was an extensive 2 hours and 20 minutes, the most frustrating part of the experience was watching the kitchen's prioritization. During this extensive wait, we observed a constant stream of delivery orders being fulfilled and sent out the door. This created the distinct impression that take-out and delivery orders were being prioritized over in-house dining patrons, despite the long wait we were already enduring. ​ The most concerning issue occurred after leaving the restaurant. Two people in my party became ill: One individual experienced a severe upset stomach. The second individual suffered from confirmed food poisoning. ​This raises serious questions about the food preparation standards and kitchen hygiene at this location. Given the observed prioritization of high-volume delivery orders, it is highly likely that necessary attention to detail and safety protocols were compromised. ​ The waitresses who served us were kind and made an effort to accommodate our group. However, they visibly appeared frustrated by the operational issues, suggesting the problems are systemic and beyond their control. ​Summary ​ The combination of an excessively long and poorly managed wait time, and the resulting serious health consequences experienced by my party, makes this a very poor rating. The management needs to immediately review their in house vs. delivery service balance and, more importantly, investigate their kitchen and food safety procedures.
