  We loved the food, we frequent this location. Our waitress was TERRIBLE today!!! Thank you Steven for attempting to smooth things over. But I hope to never be seated in that person’s section. We will be back because of the food and management

  The salad was crispy and fresh, the food came out hot and pasta was cooked perfectly. And our server JaiLee was helpful, pleasant, and attentive.

  We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience, and Drew was the highlight of our evening. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, personable, and genuinely welcoming. His recommendations were spot on. We had the Filet & Shrimp, Pasta Toscana, and Salmon Capperi, and each dish was prepared to perfection. The flavors were incredible! He checked on us consistently, refilled our drinks promptly without us ever having to ask, and made sure every detail of our meal was flawless. What truly stood out was his personality, he made us laugh, feel completely comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. He is a true asset to the restaurant and represents hospitality at its finest! Drew truly elevated our evening, and we will absolutely be returning because of him!

  It has been a while since we have been to Carrabba's Italian grill. I always love getting the chicken trio. I chose the sausage and lentil soup. My choices of sides was grilled asparagus and fettuccine alfredo. Great flavor for all three varieties of the chicken trio. Considering it was Valentine's Day we still had prompt service and the food was good. My wife and I shared the chicken trio with the two sides. We had plenty of food to eat and some to take home

  We had a 5:30 PM reservation and weren't seated until 6:30 PM. We were standing right beside the hostess stand the entire time. The hostess later said she had been calling us, but we never received a phone call and she never called out our last name. A party with a 6:00 PM reservation was seated before us, which was frustrating. We were told the kitchen was backed up, yet there was a steady flow of to-go orders going out. On a busy holiday like Valentine's Day, it might be worth limiting online or to-go orders so guests with reservations aren't left waiting an hour past their scheduled time. That said, our server Anthony was excellent. He was attentive, professional, and did everything he could to make up for a disappointing start. He's the reason this is a 3-star review instead of lower, he’s also the reason the “service” got 5 stars. The hostess would get 1.
