I had to rush off or I would’ve gone back because I asked for a toasted bagel with butter, 2 sausages and egg and cheese.. what did I get? Bagel wasn’t toasted and no butter.. only 1 sausage but double egg and no cheese!!.. I also witnessed the manager being rude to a lady who got a wrong order.. this location is terrible and I won’t be returning!! Owner should fire everyone and hire professional and Competent people!! Battleground location is much better!!

Was handed another bagel over the counter no bag with a bad attitude. Asked if they had access to their phone since they won't answer it. Said yes but they didn't hear it. Three unprofessional girls who seemed miserable and bothered by customers. No "sorry we missed that" or "sorry you had to drive up here again". Just that look like how dare you come in to a bagel store wanting to buy bagels. Unprofessional, lack of training, no manager on site. You could do much better.im sorry I tipped them.
