Truely did not enjoy this visit. 1st time to Bravo in years and was disappointed. Wasn't busy but waited a good while for a table. Over priced drinks, that took about 20 mins to get after ordered ( 1 lemonade + 1 bottle of beer) server was nice but clearly had to many tables/ over worked. Got no bread at table, food presentation was mediocre, portions - much smaller that other leading Italian restaurant. Just was not happy with any of it. $9 extra for this Lil bit of add on chicken to the alfred. Come on 👎. I don't particularly leave negative reviews for anyone but today I was not happy.

We had such a wonderful experience at Bravo! From the moment we sat down, Marco made us feel completely at home. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you want to come back. He explained the menu and recommendations so clearly and thoughtfully. When we asked about the Shrimp Scampi, he described the flavors perfectly and even shared how he personally enjoys it — with a little red pepper and light Parmesan cheese. We tried it exactly how he suggested, and it did not disappoint! The flavors were balanced, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Marco’s knowledge of the dishes and the way he connected with us truly elevated our entire experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. We will definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Marco again!

What a fantastic dining experience. I came here with my girlfriends for a night out, and everything exceeded expectations. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable — the lighting, music, and overall atmosphere created the perfect setting for a relaxed but special evening. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special thank you to our server, Marco. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth stood out. He anticipated our needs, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured we felt welcomed and valued the entire time. He truly elevated our experience. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel that memorable — this was one of those nights.

My husband and I had reservations for Valentine's Day, and left highly disappointed. Pros: Atmosphere was great, the Cesar salad was good and the bread. Cons: Our waitress had a 9 top in addition our two top, our service was terrible. She was sweet and apologetic, however, lacked knowledge in what came in dishes and paid little attention to our table and all of her focus on the 9 top. If she couldn't handle more guest, we shouldn't have been sat there. Our drinks were left empty, appetizers was left sitting under the heat lamp and brought out only a min. or two before our entrees. When we asked for refills she forgot, apologized and brought refills after we had finished the meal. My husband asked for the check and her attitude completely changed. When she brought the check back she stood there and said I can take your payment now so yall can go ahead and leave. Rushing us, after giving us slack service. Now the food: The Calamari was terrible, we couldn't eat it. It was stuck together and incredibly overdone. The pasta dishes both were not up to par. My husband ordered the Far Diavlo and said it tasted like something from a box at the grocery store. I had the Woozie and it was mid. at best. For the price we were expecting a lot more, better food and service. Also something was not handled properly because both my husband and I had upset stomachs the following day, and this is the only thing we ate on Valentine's Day. What a shame. We had high hopes since we ate here back in college and loved it, but food and service has changed for the worse. Both myself and my husband have front and back of house expierence in restaurants in the past, and this place needs a serious overhaul in both areas.

Twice in one week I was there to pick up a catering order. The first time I was there was a Tuesday afternoon and the food wasn't ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for a container of iced tea. They open at 11:00 and my pickup was 11:00 so I understand why the food wasn't ready but I'm sure the opening people come in at 10:30 am at least to make coffee and tea. There was no sense of urgency with anybody that worked there, like they just didn't care that my order was going to be late. The second time I went there to pick up a catering order was on a Thursday evening. The pickup time was 8:30 these people did not have my food ready until after 9:00 p.m. when I asked to speak to a manager at 8:45 to ask where and how much longer it would take for my food, the manager looked at me as if I had three heads! So I asked him the same question in a different way this time asking how much longer will it be? Will it be 5 minutes? Or will it be 10 minutes? He finally responded and said oh no just five more minutes. Those five more minutes turned into 20! If it were not for the team that I was delivering the food to which was the Greensboro swarm basketball team, I have delivered many times to them and I did not want to not take them their food. But I will never ever ever accept another catering delivery order from this restaurant! EZ cater was calling the restaurant as I was on the phone with my dispatcher and they did not answer the phone! My order was two pans of pasta rigatoni and two pans of steamed asparagus, please make it make sense as to how an Italian restaurant doesn't have pasta and steamed asparagus at least halfway ready for a catering order and why it took almost 40 minutes for them to prepare it.? They must be new to the catering game, and they are going to lose a lot of business if they continue to do business this way! The dining room was half full, so it's not like they had all these other orders to make. I would definitely never dine there personally and I certainly will not ever do another catering delivery pick up from this place. Don't even get me started on the hostesses that were there on both days, totally incompetent and not very pleasant or knowledgeable. Definitely don't come here if you are in a hurry, they have no sense of urgency whatsoever!
