I have been going to this restaurant for years for one dish. The Lasagna. Over the years, the taste has went down, but still okay. I just stopped going as much because of that. Today, I got the Lasagna and it was horrible. No flavor what so ever! The only thing I could taste that had any flavor was the sausage. What a shame because this place had arguably the best Lasagna in Greensboro. It will be a long time, if ever, before I return.

Delivery from this place is horrible as they seem to forget often. I’m aware mistakes happen, the problem is when they don’t fix it. It seems a manger is never available to speak with. I spent $181 on food from here. An item was forgotten. I called couldn’t get a manager. Whomever helped said I’ll be refunded. I never was. After spending this much money with them I think a small compensation would be feasible. No refund ( for the item forgotten) , no compensation, nothing. I will NOT be spending another dime at this establishment. I gave a two star because the food was good. However, I wanted everything I actually paid for.

We are so disappointed in what Bravo has become, or what it has not become. The wine we ordered was not in house, and a substitute option was not delivered as requested by our server. Also, a waitress dropped their serving tray full of entrées onto the floor, approximately one foot from us, shattering ceramic all around us. We witnessed the server unintentionally bump into the waitress causing her to drop her tray, yet we witnessed unprofessional blaming as to whom caused the dropped tray between the hostess and the server. A highly disappointing and unprofessional exchange! Our server told us that "our regular manager is not here today, that is why things are not going well." The entrees were also delayed in arrival to our table, and while palatable, the meals were room temperature at best. We will NOT return to this establishment, and many of our Starmount neighbors agree that Bravo is no longer worthy of our patronage.

I can tell where i'm not welcome and Bravo Italian Kitchen showed me just that. I was invited to stop by for a birthday drink and maybe food. When I arrived ,I was offered the bar area or dinning ,I went to the bar. When I got to the bar it was dirty and needed cleaning ,so I stood there waiting to be seated after the bartender clean the area in front of 6 seats. He never spoke to or acknowledge me standing there for I know for 10 minutes or more. So when he did, he attempted clean an area for me. He started to clean the bar so I could have a seat, but a male waiter walked up he immediately stop cleaning the area so I could have seat. He took the waiter order and I was still standing. So I asked if he was going to make me wait any longer and he said yes. He started to fix the drinks for the waiter and he would be back with me. Then the waiter asked what did I say and I told him that I was there and that he should have finished cleaning the area for me to be seated. The waiter then got very disrespectful with me as a customer. I told him that I had been waiting to be seated. He then he said with an attitude they was busy and he had customers waiting on their drinks. So he acted like I was not a customer or maybe because I had on a ball cap and not a suit that I was a nobody. FIRST TIME LAST TIME @ Bravo!

Another server was extremely rude to our server while he was standing right by us, and seemed to be wanting to escalate an issue with him, saying "what are you gonna do" when he asked him to not be saying horrible things to his face. Our server was Jake, and he is too kind for somebody to be treating him the way he was treated tonight. The server walked by our table many times, he introduced himself as Oscar to a table behind us. It sounded like the issue originated from him thinking Jake was a bad server, which he most certainly wasn't. He was very kind to me and my child, even afterward when he seemed thrown off by the interaction. I worry about Jake and if this is a normal occurrence, and I don't think what happened was okay, because it just sounded like bullying toward somebody who only was interested in peace. For a server to be willing to do that in plain view of his peers and customers, he must think he can get away with it, which makes me concerned if management would even care. I hope this review is actually read by somebody that matters, because that was unacceptable.
