  If you are like us and you haven’t been to bonefish grill in a while, it’s time to go back!!! The ONLY reason we returned (our last experience was not-so-great to put it kindly) is because my husband saw an ad for the specials and wanted to try one of them. Admittedly, I hesitated but eventually agreed. I’m so glad I did! Our server, Ann, was the best server I’ve had in probably 20 years. She’s an absolute delight! And if you’re reading this management, this lady deserves a promotion and a raise. Ann is so knowledgeable about the menu and made thoughtful recommendations for us. She was polite and professional. She deserves to be the face of Bonefish Grill- she would be an amazing ambassador for you all!!! She really knows her stuff. We ordered the special drinks and the meal specials and everything was delicious. From the bread to the appetizers to the entrees and the specialty Old Fashioned, awesome! Anyway, we had a great experience in spite of a long wait to be seated and we WILL be back. All because of Ann!

  We have been to the Raleigh and Cary locations and have had an amazing experience. That is why we went to the Greensboro location, expecting the same. Oh my… what a difference! And not in a good way. We ordered an appetizer which never arrived and our server did not even know we had not received it. Fast forward to our meal, I ordered the steak and lobster combo, as the server was placing it on the table, she dropped the steak on the floor right at my husband’s shoe. No big deal, things happen, but she left the rest of the meal at the table with a dirty plate . She came back to tell me that the steak would take 6 minutes and she would bring it out along with my vegetables which were also forgotten. 6 minutes later, I am now eating cold lobster tail and fries because I am starving and have to get to a concert. Another 5 minutes or so, my steak and broccoli show up. I am done at this point, so I sent it back and was asked to take it to go because it was free. That to me was insulting. I expect good service as a patron of your establishment. Not charging me does not make it ok and no, the manager never showed to my table to apologize. I guess I was not worth their time. Either way, would not return to that location and recommend folks who expect good service to either. We paid for our drinks , my husband’s meal and left. We even left a tip. For us it wasn’t about the money but rather how insignificant we were made to feel.

  It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Bonefish, but this time was different ( in a good way)! Our server, Taylor, was absolutely amazing!! Not only did she give us exceptional service, but amazing conversation as well!! Overall, awesome experience!! If you’re ever at Bonefish Grill in Greensboro, NC, please ask for either Taylor or Anne!! You won’t be disappointed

  Server Ti’Anna was literally so amazing. Keep the refreshments coming, helped guide through the menu since I was new to the establishment. She was friendly and shared a few laughs and made the experience lovely. I know I will be returning, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was angelic for sure.

  I am sharing this review for the Hostess Iesha!! She is AMAZING!!! She wasn’t my waitress and she was not a manager, but because Ted Robinson (who is the absolute WORST manager I have EVER come in contact with at any establishment) was soooo rude to me, she kept checking on me and making sure I was ok. My waitress was a little slow among other things, but Iesha, came to the rescue! She made sure our drinks were full and just had an overall sweet, hospitable and pleasant attitude the entire time I was there. She didn’t have to do any of what she did, but she went over and beyond her Hostess duties. Bonefish is extremely lucky to have her!!!! Ted, on the other hand, needs to be put in the back washing dishes or FIRED!!! Give Iesha his job because he is definitely the wrong fit for Bonefish!!!!
