The food came in great portions and the service was relatively quick, I think they are usually slow on weekdays so there’s not alot of staff working so there might be a slight delay in getting a servers attention as they are pretty much working nonstop; regardless everyone was helpful and in good spirits.

The calamari and bang bang shrimp was delicious and the bone in pork chops with mango salsa was amazing. My parents and my brother with his wife all like their entrees. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Bang bang shrimp use to be great now is tuff. The stuff salmon use to be good now it’s awful same with the mashed potato’s. Use to be a weird smell inside, I don’t know if it’s still there. But they are not up to par anymore and need to fix stuff internally. They also use to bring your food to your car but now you pull up the waitresses don’t even look out the window or bother to come to your car.

Service was slow, with a long wait before being greeted, and several items (bread and a side substitution) required multiple requests. Food quality was inconsistent—the lobster-stuffed shrimp tasted bitter, the hollandaise never arrived, and the grouper had an unusually fishy flavor. Restroom cleanliness was also an issue and was not addressed despite being reported. We’ve enjoyed Bonefish Grill elsewhere and hope this location improves its service, food quality, and attention to cleanliness.
