Chicken was barely warm - it was quite obvious that it had been sitting for a long while. Fries were plain cold. We ordered the salted caramel apple crisp - it was warmish but the topping was totally dried up This was absolutely the last time we will go to this location. We have visited several other Bojangles locations and never encountered such substandard conditions.
