After waiting for 15 minutes I then went inside to simply ask how much longer the food would be and was completely ignored by both young ladies at the register. Do not waste your time or your money at this restaurant.

I was completing a DoorDash which instructed me to go to the drive thru. When I arrived at the window I was told I have to come inside for my order. When I went inside I was not acknowledged what so ever… I constantly tried getting the workers attention and was COMPLETELY ignored. Mind you, I don’t DoorDash often, only when I need extra cash. I had to call for attention for about 10 minutes. The order had been made and was sitting to the side… not even available for me to grab off the shelf. This persons food was sitting, getting cold, while I was forced to go inside and be ignored.. I will not be going back here for myself or anyone else. EVER.

I had my children with me and it was raining and storming. I a taking this to the CEO and filing the highest level of complaint. Totally unacceptable. I see the other negative reviews not being addressed but that’s fine because I’m going all the way up with my complaint.
