I say hello about 2-3min after I placed my order. No response. I drive off and there's no one to be seen at the window or even in the building, as if they were hiding in the back. I thought the bojangles on Wendover & peidmont were horrible... this place is just as shitty.

They were out of butter for the biscuits AND Bo Sauce at Bojangles — which is the whole point of going there. When I asked for ranch and buffalo as a substitute, I was told I would be charged extra. If you can’t provide what your meals are built around, charging for replacements is unacceptable. The food itself was worse: Chicken tenders were dry, tough, and barely edible (see photos) Mac & cheese had no flavor at all We asked for salt and got none My husband’s meal was so greasy it soaked through the box The staff seemed more focused on socializing than taking care of customers, and it showed in both the service and food quality. After driving all the way from Tulsa, we ended up going to bed hungry and nauseous from the few bites we were brave enough to try. Taking someone’s money and giving them food that isn’t fit to eat is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund.
