  This is the worst Bojangles location. Terrible service. If you go to the drive thru be prepared to wait forever even if only a few cars they will pull you up and make you wait for simple orders, no sense of urgency or care. Don’t even try to go inside instead, they will not wait on you, they are so rude. You will wait forever with no service and end up walking out, I have seen it and done it. Lack of customer service, no management and no one cares. It’s sad because the food is good if you could get some one running the place and staffing it that actually tries.

  My crew (5) wanted chicken for lunch. We waited in line to the point we all got irritated. We walked next door to Wendy’s. We had a great lunch and as we were finishing, I noticed that 2 of the same people which were behind us in the line were going to their cars empty handed.

  Dined inside as the drive thru was lined half way around the building and only one couple dining inside. No one in line when me and another man came in. Environment very noisy from the yelling of demands between the workers. As we waited for our order to be taken, within a minute another four people came in, then a few more. No employees even looked our way. After 15 minutes waitingI ask politely if any we could get our orders taken ( the line had went up to 13, then only to five by the time I asked). The girl at the front says “we have to do all door dash orders and we have a ton”. The manager beside her said to take our orders. She rang up the guy in front of me and went back to doing door dash orders. Two more people walked out at that time. Once the manager finally recognized I was still in line, I finally got service…and an incomplete order. Total time 35 minutes. SHM

  Went in today, order my food....asked for a large with my order n was told they didnt had large cups n she mumble something else (didnt hear it) went lookin for my lid n didnt see any, so I asked her for one n she yelled at me " I just told you we didnt have any lids " nasty attitude, started to be disrespectful but obviously she got more to worry about. Nva again

  Awful atmosphere at bojangles today at 1130 am. I'm dining in all you hear is the manager rasing her voice with employees. That's not a proper way to manage employees. I saw over 6 people waiting in line leave the store because of slow service. The girl that is work alone at front counter is doing her best by herself. I actually felt sorry for her. I probably want ever come back to this store.
